Stayed Oct 14, 2023The house is as advertised, retro. The pool area is wonderful. We decided to extend our stay shortly after check-in because we love Palm Springs but shortly after that we experienced problems with amenities. The wireless was weak and then stopped working completely. We had to wait 2 days for the cable company and after 2 visit they rewired the connection from the utility pole as damage had occurred. However, the modem was not replaced and we knew it was partly the problem as it was over 5 years old. The wireless continued to fail until we checked out. The tvs cut in and out due to the poor wireless system. Wireless is a key amenity for everyone who needs access to email and the ability to handle some work while traveling. The hot tub was also not useable. It was filled with sediment and dirty. Someone came over and cleaned it about half way through our trip but it was still dirty the next day which was confirmed by the pool cleaner. We were never able to use it. Perhaps there is a system problem but that should have been handled before we checked-in. Also, we found out that the golf course across the street is now dead and there are a pack of cayotes roaming the neighborhood at night. We also had 2 days of loud work going on on both sides of the house. Needless to say between all the maintenance work, it cut into a relaxing vacation.

Stayed Apr 5, 2023This property is exactly as listed. The photos are very accurate. The kitchen and house was well stocked with everything you would need for a sun-seeking vacation. From refrigerator ice machine, smoothie maker, good knives for cooking and plenty of dinnerware and cutlery. And lots of towels for swimming and lounging.

Stayed Jan 26, 2023We found the Stardust to be well-equipped and extremely clean. The pictures match the property, it is a very nice pool area. Our pool had an error and was not heated. They sent someone to fix it immediately and worked with us on the charges as the pool did not end up being warm until our last day. There was a beeping that lasted all day and night that we couldn’t find the source of. They also helped us look for the source and changed all the batteries in the smoke detectors, just in case. Overall, great house!

Stayed Oct 5, 2022Property was beautiful and well equipped. Plenty of towels and dishes etc very well equipped. Only concern for warmer months was that the two bedrooms on the west side of the house were difficult to keep cool. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views with an ideal location.
