Stayed Jan 16, 2025Beautiful home. The strip was a 5 min walk from the house. Quiet neighborhood. The house is fairly new and clean. Great location by the beach.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025It was a nice cabin. Modern. The only things I would want changed is blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The lights surrounding the cabin caused the bedrooms to not be dark at night when sleeping. Also, I know it’s not a requirement, but shampoo in the shower would be wonderful so that people don’t need to bring it from home or go out and buy it.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Staying at Oceanside house in Seaside was epic! A clean, modern, fantastic location, made our jump-off point into oceanside adventures a snap! All the convenience of home, made our stsy cozy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this location and will be booking another stay soon at this property.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House Oceanic. The property is quite new which is always a good start. It was clean and well supplied and just blocks from both the ocean and “downtown” Seaside. The only reason for the slightly less than perfect rating is the parking. We had 2 trucks, neither of which fit in the garage and it was not possible to park both in the small driveway. We understand the need to avoid parking on the street so had to park one truck at the Seaside Welcome Center, several blocks away….not a big deal, just a mild inconvenience. That said, we would still return to House Oceanic!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Our stay was great! The house is very clean and furnished with nice looking furniture and appliances. The kitchen was so well stocked. Check in was easy. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. BBQ grill didn’t work well bc I think someone in the past may have let rain get inside and the burners were not strong. Probably needs replacing. Other than that, excellent rental.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Home was beautiful & very close to beach & downtown. Able to walk most places. Could use some more kitchen appliances like a hand mixer & more big mixing bowls. Would have been nice to have outdoor patio set to seat 6 so we could eat outside. But beds were very comfy, really nice linens & master suite was very nice. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed May 23, 2024This home was not only clean and orderly, but comfortable for my husband and I as well as our 2 young children (ages 4 & 6). It had some surprising gems like sand toys and chairs that we made use of on the beach and bean bag toss for us to play with in the back yard. The management was responsive and communication was clear. We will be looking to book this home again for future stays in the area.
