Stayed Oct 10, 2025Visited Austin for the first time to attend ACL music festival. Chose this property as a good compromise between distance from ACL and price point. Without a car, we found the Lime scooters a valuable and feasible asset! This property was a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to shower and rest. The owner was onsite, communicative, and very kind. I would stay here again.

It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants & local events/ points of interest with an excellent view of downtown. Would love to stay there again.
