Charming home in a quiet neighborhood. 7 miles to Toyota, 5 miles to the Kentucky horse park, 15 miles to Keenland, 2 miles to Toyota stadium. This house is located at the beginning of the street with only one neighbor. Home includes wifi, rokus, and cable. Coffee and tea bar with the necessities, 2 parking spot driveway and a entire parking lot across the street for extra parking. A few board games and a deck of cards. There is also a fire pit (logs not included) and a charcoal grill. This

Stayed Oct 25, 2025Communication with the Host was average.POSITIVES; House was clean with mid level. upgrades. The yard was fenced and safe for our little dog. Nice Park across the street if you have a pet. Refrigerator was nice with good ice maker.NEGATIVES: We had to run to Walmart to get basics: paper towels, dish cloth/sponge, dish towels, soap, and shampoo. No live TV (no real time sports, news, weather or tv shows). Main bedroom mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. We moved to the front bedroom. The mattress was a little better, but the bed frame was wobbly and unstable. Check out time was 10am, which is earlier than the standard 11am. It was raining when we left at 10:10am and the person who owns or cleans the property came from one street behind the house and was there at 10am waiting in the driveway.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023This house was just as advertised. Super clean. Great location for kids to run, and walk the dog, in the park right across the street. Super close to a grocery store too. We stayed here and traveled to the Ark Encounter one day and the Creation Museum the next. It worked great for our family and I would happily recommend this home! Hostess was responsive and helpful.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023Easily accessible to KHP and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All of the rooms were nice and plenty of space for 5 people + a dog! Not much room for parking as a heads up for those with trucks.
