House Maro-infinty pool with splendid view

Very comfortable, well equipped villa with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Stunning views over the sea and islands. The pool and outdoor area is wonderful for enjoying the Croatian sun. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Local area great for exploring, and within easy reach of Dubrovnik. Hire car essential, Would certainly stay again and happy to recommend to others. . Thanks

We wanted somewhere quiet but plenty of places to go round about it delivered . We had a lovely relaxing 10 days .. and the owner brought croissants for us on the couple of mornings he came to service the pool - magic touch

A beautiful property in a stunning location. A car is required as it is remote to get to shops and restaurants but the view, peace and tranquility is worth it. Would definitely recommend if you want to switch off from the outside world and spend quality time with your loved ones.

This home is so special. It is so clean and well appointed. Everything is so new and well maintained. The neighborhood is so private and quiet. I wish we could have stayed all summer! We rented a boat for the day and they were able to pick us up in the harbor just minutes away. We also had dinner at a beachside restaurant just down the street. There is a little store we went to every day for snacks and drinks. I would recommend finding a bigger store on your way to villa to get more variety, but we survived on what they had. The AC in the rooms worked great. The washing machine was a bonus because this was week two of our trip. The kitchen had everything you will need. Thank you to the great hosts for welcoming us! We lived in the pool and loved the sunsets!

This property is outstanding. Location and facilities at the villa were excellent. Both Persia and Divo are very good hosts. They had good communication from the start of the booking process and met us at the property on the day of our arrival, giving us a tour of the villa and offering information on local shops and places to visit. They had also left more than just the “essentials” for our arrival, which were much appreciated. The pool most certainly has the wow factor. Put simply, the villa exceeded our expectations and I would 100% love to stay there again and would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

This property was truly perfect… from start to finish! They let us checkin early and greeted us at the property. They stocked the kitchen with groceries and made us reservations at a local restaurant. One morning they brought us warm croissants when they came by to clean the pool. The house was new and VERY clean! The outside grill was great! The view and privacy was magical! I have nothing bad to say about our stay! We cannot recommend it enough!

House Maro, is a truly exceptional property, the location, the views, the facilities are all second to none....Its more than just a villa, you really get the sense this is a ‘home’ as Perica and Dario have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.....All the facility’s are top quality, nice quiet efficient Air Conditioning, thoughtful insect screens...Comfortable beds, and Sunbeds. We had a hire car which was useful, as there isn’t much very local. But a short car ride will get you access to Restaurants, bars a variety of different beaches and a couple of Supermarkets. There are so many things to do, but equally you can lounge by the amazing pool and soak up the view of the Adriatic and the amazing Sunsets!! If you are in two minds about booking the Villa, don’t hesitate as it will be snapped up. Our hosts Perica and Dario, were so very kind and helpful.

Just returned home after spending the most amazing 2 weeks in this gorgeous villa and we are missing it so much already. Everything about the place is stunning. Spent the first few days gazing out across the water from the infinity pool. The views are simply breath-taking – the pictures don’t really do it justice, looking out over the sea and the islands from the vantage point up on the hill – early in the morning as the sun came up, or watching the sunset from the poolside with a glass of wine was just so relaxing. The villa itself is immaculate. The owners, Divo and Pericia, couldn’t do enough for us to make sure our stay was all we hoped it would be. Every little detail had been considered, and there was nothing we wanted for – it really was a home from home. The bedrooms are lovely, the big beds super comfortable – and each bedroom also looks out over the sea. The toilets and showers have all been tastefully designed, no shortcuts have been taken anywhere in the villa, everything has been finished with a touch of class. The local area is stunning. The local beach is in walking distance and is a little gem, and we also took a boat to one of the islands from the local harbour for a day out on Lopud where there are no cars, and visited a beautiful sandy beach with beach bars and paddle boards for hire etc. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay. We went into Dubrovnik a number of times, so picturesque – we took a walk around the old town wall, it was a great way to build up an appetite before going to a restaurant. Within a 10-minute drive in either direction from the villa there are so many amazing places to eat. As you might expect, the seafood was exquisite wherever we went. We have stayed in many villas over the years – I have to say that this was the best by far – in every way. Divo and Pericia helped us with recommendations when we wanted to go anywhere to visit or eat out, their local knowledge was invaluable. Everything was just so easy for us. We arrived feeling very stressed after a difficult year, but literally within a day or two we were all so chilled. I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed on a holiday before. We will definitely be returning in the future!
