Stayed Jul 13, 2025The house was beautiful and comfortable, everything we could need from cookware to towels to playing cards was avaliable for us. The location is perfect. A few minutes from restaurants, groceries, the local swimming pool and of course the lake. The host was great about responding quickly when we needed anything.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Ive been booking thru VRBO for 20+ years and this by far was the best vacation rental ever. The place is amazing was almost too nice! Rhonda was very attentive to all our needs and made sure our stay was awesome. The lil things like plenty of things you forget at home were stock there.The location was perfect..the lake was amazing..so many things to do in the area a week is not enough time!

Stayed Apr 6, 2024We rented this house over a year prior, and it turned out to be under max totality for the eclipse. The location was perfectly situated near a golf course for a clear view of the sky and the clouds cooperated by being absent. Oh, and the house was wonderful too. Clean and well supplied with the necessities, the ambiance was all we could ask for. The host was most cooperative and agreeable.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023We were traveling 9 hours for pur family reunion in Fox, AR this year. Fairfield Bay was a cute, quiet little town perfect for a relaxing vacation. This home could not have been more perfect for accomodating our large group of 8 adults & 2 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out & the backyard view was gorgeous, right on the golf course. The media eoom was the perfect place for the young ones & teens to enjoy movies & games. The home was absolutely beautiful & stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Rhonda, our host, contacted us the week of our trip with directions, info on to how to access the home, and wifi info. She also checked in by email to make sure everything was good & we were enjoying our trip. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in Fairfield Bay!!
