Benjamin's by the lake/ Walk to cool pool

Tons of little “extras” that made our stay so incredibly comfortable and nice. Decorated so nicely and has everything you would ever need! Walk to Cool Pool and very quiet. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back!

Fairfield was a wonderful getaway. The house condo was amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful! The condo is perfect. Had everything that we needed. Had some issues with door code, but once it was fixed no problems whatsoever.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property!! It will definitely be my go to condo in the future when staying at Fairfield Bay. The condo looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The kitchen had everything you needed. The front balcony was wonderful to sit on in the early mornings and late evenings to drink your coffee and relax. We were within walking distance to the Cool Pool. Most importantly of all, the air conditioner worked amazingly!! It was high 90's the entire time we were there, but we never got hot. Even the upstairs bedrooms were cool and comfortable. The owners were very attentive and easy to talk to. We look forward to staying in this beautiful condo again. A 5 star all the way!

Condo is beautifully decorated and super stocked with everything you need. Quick walk to the pool. Several restaurants close by and the bowling alley and marina are close, as well. Loved our stay and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin’s by the Lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful and getting into the property was a breeze. We traveled to north central Arkansas to enjoy the Ozark mountain roads and do some fall hiking. We found plenty of places to explore within an hour of the condo. Condo is located in a beautiful area of the state.

Condo was clean, beds were comfy, loved all the blankets and pillows on the beds!! Beautifully decorated! We enjoyed spending time outside on the deck, it was so peaceful and quiet, it was just what we needed!!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay in Fairfield Bay. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and cozy. The location was quiet and serene. The hosts were extremely communicative and kind - they went out of their way to leave snacks and treats for the kids. Just a short walk or less than a minute drive from the Cool Pool. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again in the future.

The rental property was clean, updated, and well stocked for anything my family needed. The owner had great timely communication. We would 100 percent recommend and will rent again.

We enjoyed our stay after after experiencing many other condos, this by far was the best! It was close to everything in terms of cool pool, hiking, restaurants, golfing, and the lake. It has the comfort and coziness of our own home with decor and comfortable beds! Kids loved the welcome gift and vacation decor theme! The porch patio was nice.
