House in Soulard near Downtown, Arch, Busch Stadium and anheuser busch brewery

We really liked this house. It is right next to the interstate, so it is a bit noisy, but that quiets down overnight. It isn't within walking distance to the business district of Soulard, but it is a very easy drive anywhere. We went to the Cards game, IKEA, Fitz's, and a great brunch on Sunday morning. And the price was great!

Great location - close to the arch, Soulard market and so much more! Really appreciated all the thoughtful, little touches like coffee pods, bars of soap and washcloths that are missing from so many other rentals.

I will definitely rent again if I need to come back to St. Louis. Yes, you hear cars driving by but it didn’t bother us at night. No horns or sirens were going off. The cars driving by was our white noise. The home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The extra blanket and pillow in the den area was a plus in the chaise area of the couch while watching TV. I needed help getting on Netflix and Hulu. The owners were great in helping me get signed in. Parking was not an issue on the street. Great historic home updated. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well.

We stayed here over the 4th of July and it was perfect. Choose enough to downtown and it was great for our family.

Home was as described. Close to the Arch, city museum, zoo, botanical gardens, and Busch stadium. Anheuser Busch factory is only 2 blocks away.All in all a great weekend stay for some sight seeing.

Host was very responsive, the location was ideal for getting to all of the things around St.Louis from the zoo to Grant's Farm. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax while on vacation.

We were in St. Louis for a 17U baseball tournament..The house was great! Cozy, inviting, well stocked with essentials, and in a very cool, historic neighborhood.. Ashley was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions.. the only negative was the noise of interstate traffic, but we knew about that in advance.. I highly recommend this home in Soulard

This property was beautiful! Modern charm yet had the old characteristics. I loved the dark floors and the kitchen. The powerful floor fans provided in each room were amazing! I brought box fans but they didn't compare to those supplied. The beds were really comfortable. It was in a very quiet low traffic neighborhood. The hostess Ashley was friendly and responsive when I accidentally locked us out one day. I will definitely refer to friends and family and stay in this exact unit or any others they have available.

This home was in a great location. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. It is close to so many good restaurants and places to visit in St. Louis. The neighborhood is so quaint too.

Property matched the description. There was ample parking right in front of our unit. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable short stay. The host did an excellent job of communicating all the instructions before our arrival. If you are planning a trip to the St. Louis area, we would highly recommend this house.
