Stayed Jul 3, 2025Driving up at night, the house had no lights on outside until you drive up to back door. The grass definitely needed to be cut. We were comfortable inside. The house was exactly how described. Beds, to me, were comfortable. They are on the harder side of a mattress so beware if you like softer beds. We did our beach thing while we were there and had relaxing weekend away.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024overall the house was nice on the interior. looks as pictured and is newly renovated, indeed. however, the outside left much to be desired if that’s what matters to you. the grass was well over a foot long and hadn’t been mowed in well over a month. there were minor cleanliness things inside (the air intake cover was filthy and covered in dust) that could have been bettered. the house was set to 65° but the thermostat read 79° so the house must have a hard time regulating its AC in the summer months. pretty uncomfortable if you’re super pregnant. the communication with the host was AWFUL. they have check in and check out instructions but that was it. i sent several messages inquiring whether or not we could check in early even for a fee and never received a reply or even acknowledgement of the question. i also asked another question later on as to whether or not we could have a couple friends over to chat for an hour or two and the host never responded nor acknowledged that i ever asked the question.

Stayed Mar 4, 2024Very open layout, like pictures show. The floors NEED a good cleaning. King bed was very comfortable. Could not watch local TV channels, mainly streaming option.
