Four bedrooms, four living rooms, large kitchen, balconies, barbecue, deck, pool with waterfall, showers, gardens and wooded backyard. Bag of the Chapel and only 200 steps from it. This dead-end street is only 800 meters from Ilhabela's Historical Village. The house, designed on four floors is decorated in a rustic chic style, extremely comfortable and accommodates from 2 to 8 people. Airy, it has fans in every room and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. The project of the renowned architect Chu Ming Silva, was built in the 80's, in the midst of the Atlantic Forest, keeping intact the trees and stones that make up the Saco da Capela Hill. It is all avarandada and glazed and is in a safe place and with a quiet neighborhood.
The renter must bring bed linen and bath in addition to pillows. If you wish you can hire the services of maid and housekeeper / driver separately. The daily rate of R $ 250.00 is for a couple or 2 people for more adults. The house sleeps up to 8 people. For New Year's Eve and Carnival the values vary because we make packages.
