Stayed Oct 4, 2025There is a distant ocean view. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. The access road is unpaved and very rustic.The house is located on the quiet side of Martha's Vineyard. The area is a bit isolated, but it's very beautiful and charming.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Wonderful location over a dune from the beach! Nice open floor plan with great views, well stocked kitchen. Only thing to be aware of is house is a bit loud, and the upstairs twin beds did not seem to get any air conditioning. Otherwise an amazing spot

Stayed Jun 16, 2025This beautiful home in Menemsha was a perfect place for a vacation/holiday/getaway.The owners thought of everything you could possibly need. This is a beach front property but it is a bit of a distance to get there. That's what makes it so special:) I don't want to say too many good things because I don't want everyone to book it and we won't get a chance to come back, LOL!

Stayed Jun 28, 2023My wife and two sons had a great stay at this house and hope to return. It has everything you need in a vacation house, and is just a short walk to the quiet end of Menemsha Beach, which we visited daily. The open kitchen/dining/living area works well for groups, and the AC was nice to have during some of the warmer moments. All in all a fantastic trip.

Stayed Oct 2, 2021My wife and I along with another couple wanted to spend a week doing some biking on Martha's Vineyard, and the house met our needs perfectly. It is located on the west side of the island away from the hubbub of the three main towns on the eastern side. The house is very well maintained, and the kitchen is better equipped than any kitchen we have had on any of our previous rentals. The sunsets are spectacular! The layout of the house enabled each couple to have our own private 'wing.'
