House in Arlington, near Boston, Harvard, MIT, and Tuft University

This property is very clean and cozy! the kitchen is stocked very well with cups, plates, etc. the area is very quiet! they even had a portable high chair and portal crib which was great for our grand daughter. There were toys, books, puzzles and games for the rainy day we had. it was close to the train station and easy for us the get downtown and attend our daughter’s harvard graduation! we would definitely come back again !!

Gigi is an excellent host. The home is well maintained and conveniently located to points of interest in Boston. The neighborhood is neat and quiet.

Everything was great! We especially loved walking to Trader Joe’s for our groceries. Delightful neighborhood, great house. Thank you Gigi!

The house was just as pictured in the VRBO ad. The house was clean and very well stocked as well. I’ve stayed in places where 2 rolls of TP were supplied and this one had plenty of everything. Coffee and filters were there, it was great!! I’d stay here again if I went back.

Location was fabulous, and we found the space to be very comfortable for our family to gather!

This is our second stay at this property.The house is very clean and well-maintained.Gigi, the host, is extremely responsive.Please, note that access to the house is via the side door, not the front door (which faces the street). This is important to note if you expect deliveries or a taxi cab. We found the previous guests' intact restaurant delivery at the front door (an entrance not in use).

The house was conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

We had three generations of family staying in the house. There were 7 of us. A 12 and 14 yr old. Two in mid 40s and 3 in their mid 70s. We were visiting family that was literally blocks away so ut was a perfect location. Our only downfall were the uneven flooring and the steep steps to the 2nd level.

The house was in a very quiet location (quiet neighborhood). Nevertheless, Boston is very easy to reach. The same applies to restaurants, shopping, and the airport—extremely well located. The house was very clean and well maintained. Nothing was missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped—everything there was perfect too. The bedrooms were large and furnished with good beds. The service and support from Gigi when we had questions was top notch. All in all, it was really extremely nice.

Very spacious for our family functional stay. Loved the area of Arlington with easy access to all our needs and visits. Stairwell, per steps to top level, were a little narrow for seniors' mobility - good for kids...:-) But all were careful and it all worked out.

I was looking for a quiet getaway. The location of this property in a quiet neighborhood, helped to contribute to that as I used it as a home base for traveling around Boston and the Vineyard. It was clean and well kept. very walkable neighborhood. It was nice to get away from hustle and bustle of the city at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

Beautiful home, accommodated our family well!

This old house has been completely renovated and everything is new, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a large refrigerator/freezer. Spacious lounges. Comfortable beds. Immaculately clean. Set in a well-established, attractive, quiet neighborhood. Wifi was excellent and lots of streaming and network options. The steps to the two upstairs bedrooms are very steep and not suitable for elderly or those who have difficulty walking, but there are three downstairs bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom.

This was a great little place to stay if you want to be close to all of the colleges and downtown. The backyard backs up to an elementary school and it’s in a safe neighborhood. We saw all 6 colleges and did some fun Boston touristy things. The only problem was the very steep stairs.
