You will find plenty of room to have family and friends with you to enjoy a peaceful vacation with the relaxing sounds of nature. Two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms kitchen and dining room. Sit out on decks hearing birds chirping, the rivers relaxing sound, or sit by fire pit and finish the day with a nice dip in the hot tub. NO cell phone service. Stayed Oct 3, 2025We didn't use the hot tub or bring pets, but it was obviously pet friendly. We enjoyed the quiet country setting with a nice fire listening to the water in the creek roll by. The house was clean and inviting.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay as we had a medical emergency and ended up at the hospital for several days. I reached out to the host and she was so gracious and even offered to drive 45 minutes Saturday night to pick any of us up and take us to the house, and bring us back the next morning. I hope to be able to stay at another time in the future, and I’m sure the house is just as lovely as the owner.

Stayed Jan 9, 2026This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip. We went to see Crabtree Falls and stopped by the cutest little country store named Silver Creek Seaman Packing Shed. I highly recommend this home- thank you so much for your hospitality, Teresa!

That fresh mountain air, the scenery of fall approaching, peaceful sounds of the river, the evening skies filled with brilliant stars surrounding the firepit chats. Teresa was a wonderful hostess with wonderful recommendations and easy to contact with questions. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We choose this place for the hot tub and rural location. Our stay was perfectly nice and quiet. This is a great place to stay if you have dogs. We didn't. We came for the tub and quiet away from everything and we got it. One thing I can say is our host , Teresa was damn attentive to our needs. Anything and anytime.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The house was tucked away about 3 miles from Crabtree Falls. We enjoyed morning walks, lots of stars, an awesome hot tub and a clean and well-equipped house. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly to questions.
