The villa was exactly as described and in a lovely location close to the beach and first class restaurants which we could walk to! The pool and garden were bigger than we expected! Communication was really good and the property managers got back to us really quickly and were so helpful! Our boys, 4 and 7 loved it and we would definitely return! The villa was also clean and had all the essentials we needed! There is a food shop within 5-10 minutes walk. The neighbours attached to the property were also lovely!

Small piece of Heaven! If the road brings me to Marbella again I will definitely take this house again. The owners are pleasant and always ready to help, just thank you very much.

My family and I have spent a weekend and I must admit that the experience has been incredible. To begin with, Marilo has been very attentive and has been at all times aware of any need, anticipating any possible setback.Next, the house does not lack any kind of detail, it is perfectly equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether you decide to stay in the garden with the pool or decide to go to the beach. There is no problem when you need to park your car and it should be noted that it is perfectly connected to other areas, staying everywhere close and accessible. Thanks a lot! We will repeat the experience.

The location is great. Just off the highway by car and two minute walk to the beach. We arrived late at night and had some initial difficulty finding the place because we relied on GPS. When we went to Maria's pictures and instructions found the place easily with the details Maria provided through whatsapp. With our late night arrival the bottle or wine and sparkling water was very much appreciated. The house set up is great two bedrooms and two baths the towel warmers in each bath were a bonus because it was a bit chilly (Sorry I forgot to turn them off before we left) I couldn't figure out how to run the dishwasher even though there were detailed instructions in the binder. This house is great place to relax before and after spending a day on the beach. Also we went into town and we had no issues getting Uber and cost was reasonable. Excellent location for both beach and going to old town

This villa is very nice and located in a very quiet area in the east of Marbella and very close to the beach. Just 5 minutes by car and you go from this quiet area to every kind of attractions in Marbella or with some more time to Estepona, Fuengirola, etc. The location is perfect as starting point for a lot for one day trips. You can easily reach Gibraltar, Tarifa and beaches on the ocean, or Malaga, Nerja on the east, or Granada, Ronda and other places in the inland, depending on your interests. If you prefer the sea, in a couple of minutes you are on the highway and you can go to one of many beaches along the coast. But if you prefer not use the car, the beach in front the house is public and not crowded. There are as well good restaurants some minutes by foot. The villa is provided with everything you need for a vacation. And last but not least, Marilo' , the owner, is very kind and always available to help you in case of needs. Definitely a strongly suggested accommodation if you are thinking to Costa del Sol, good both for young people and for families (as in my case).

What a wonderful play to stay. The owners were on site when we arrived and explained all the necessary things we would need to know while in town. They provided us with a map of the area and highlighted some of the many beach bar/restaurants within walking distance. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. If I have the chance to return to the area I would, without question, stay here again.

We have just returned from a week autumn holiday in beautiful Andalusia. Contact with Marilo smooth and fast. Within a few hours we received a reply to our emails and questions. On arrival we were warmly received and there was a bottle of mineral water and a bottle of wine! The house is in a quiet suburb of Marbella. It is at night very quiet; you do not hear cars or other noise. The house is suitable for four people. When five people must be made of a bed-sofa in the living room. The house has two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The house is very neat and tastefully decorated. We have made trips to Gibraltar, Tarifa, Nerja, Ronda, Malaga, Cordoba and Seville. Beautiful cities in the beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Because there is still so much to see, we are thinking to return again to this house!
