Stayed Jun 26, 2018This was a most disappponting house to stay in. The house smelled of damp and must. We couldn’t put our clothes in the drawers as they smelled too musty and foul. The headboard of our bed was in fact a mattress covered with a duvet cover. The outside patio table was so old and dirty and there were mismatched chairs of different colours. The air con in the sitting room didn’t work. To top it all off we had an infestation of ants in the kitchen which meant we couldn’t eat or prepare food there. Even before the ant situation we didn’t want to prepared food in the kitchen as the cupboards were so damp and smelled so bad. The cutlery drawer was not clean and a few ants made their way in there too. Even when we got out of the house to go to the beach there was a huge amount of rubbish piled up for a full week greeting us on our return. Eventually we had enough and contacted the owner. We left with nearly a week of out holiday to go and had to find alternative accommodation in Playa Serena. I have never written a review before but felt I had to warn other families of the horrendous experience we had on our family holiday. Having to move mid-holiday says it all.
