The Blue Pearl of Romanilla Beach

The property was exactly as listed. The pictures describe each of the rooms accurately. Our host responded to all our questions super quick. The view of the sea from our balcony was great. Everything we needed was near by. We would not hesitate in recommending this property.

This is a great apartment in a location perfect for the beach and local amenities. The apartment is bright & airy and had everything that we required for our stay. The balcony faces south and has sun all day round. On the seafront, just a two-minute walk away, are some great bars and restaurants frequented by locals so open during the out of season period. A short walk inland you can also find bars which are only used by locals but also welcoming. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and introduced us to the apartment. He also gave a list of recommendations for the area. Thank you Jeffrey we had a great stay.

Spacy apartment located 100 m from the beach. All services , such as supermarkets, restaurants etc. very close . The owner contacted us via Whats app . Collection of key via a outside box with secret number. All instructions were sent by whats app message. Owner is very friendly and helpfull and speaks several languages. ( No German ) Apartment is spacy and the terrasse perfectly for a sunbath. SE directed. Central airconditioning warm/ cold makes the apartment comfortable the whole year. The only things to know: There are just Spanish TV programs available. We didn´t find English or German programs. Garage parking available after confirmation of the owner. Extra price of 10 Eur. / day. In the kitchen there were missing some items and not all cooking pots and baking sheets were well cleaned. This could be optimized ! For us 5 stars because of a perfect apartment and perfectly located.

We stayed for 11 nights with friends who were in another of your apartments. We all had a great holiday and loved the apartment and it’s excellent location to the beach. The local people really welcomed us and appreciated us trying to speak Spanish. I could easily live here. This was our first time renting like this and we would definitely do it again! Good location, the beach close by, as well as nice tapas bars. Quality at a convenience price. We had a beautiful holidays!!

This is a spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It is only a few steps to the beach and the port area with lots of bars and restaurants. Everything I needed was provided in the apartment. If you are going to Roquetas de Mar, then I recommend staying here!
