Stayed Oct 2, 2023A beautiful renovated property, location is wonderful walking distance to the town centre and a little further to the beach or a very short drive. Perfect of you have your bikes with you. Rooms are very comfortable with beds, pillows and bedding all comfortable, clean and new. Managing company was very good at communicating and fixed some minor issues right away.

Stayed Feb 7, 2026The accommodation was in good condition, and the house was very clean. We had a small problem with the water pressure in the shower, and it was fixed the day we reported it. The area around Hotham Heights is very quiet and peaceful at this time of the year. We were surprised by this because of its proximity to the beach.

Stayed Jan 11, 2026The house was good and spacious. Utensils were plentiful. Location was prefect, very close (less than 5min drive) to the shops, restaurants and Lake Pertobe play ground where our kids loved playing at. I was disappointed that the owner did not provide a plug for the bath tub and my son could not have a proper bath all week. Having 1 toilet and bathroom combined was a big challenge- not ideal for my family, we had bathroom interruptions daily as someone needed to go to the toilet while there was someone having a shower. The property has an extra toilet in the basement but the owner has locked it away. The toilet seat needs some attention as it keeps sliding when in use. The shower also needs some attention as it leaks continuously even after turning it tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Warnambool.
