Stayed Nov 6, 2025The property was convenient to the Fairgrounds (why we were there) and restaurants were easy to access. Loved having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house and having 2 bathrooms! The dogs appreciated the securely-fenced yard

Stayed Oct 5, 2025When we drove up the yard was completely dead. It did not give that street appeal that I as a Realtor encourage in my listings. However, when we went inside, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nicely renovated home with clean interior. The kitchen was nice but lacked some basic amenities like a cheese grater, mixing bowls. a potato masher, and other usual kitchen items. These are dollar store items and can be purchased easily. Nice touches such as spices and olive oil made cooking appeal. A washer, dryer was great! Sugar and flour would have been nice too--again, store items. I realize that not everybody cooks but I do. I have a condo in the mountains that I rent, and I try to make it feel' like home by having these basic things on hand, including plastic wrap, aluminum foil etc.I think that is the reason that people rent houses--not stay in a hotel. We had a family member in the Parkview hospital, and this was convenient to it.The check in was a bit awkward and to check in early we had to pay an extra 130. I thought that was outrageous and have never encountered that in all the VRBOs I have stayed in--including the very excellent B and B we had to move to after the snafu about an extended stay here.In my opinion, this home and the suggestions I made above including a better street appearance, would make this a very desirable place for travelers.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024This was a great place for our long weekend in Pueblo. The location was easy to find, and close enough to downtown that we could drive or bike to some great places. The home was cozy but spacious. The living space and bedrooms were super comfortable. The fenced backyard was really wonderful to have with our dogs - they were able to go outside off leash, and we were able to go right out in the backyard to play ball with them. Appreciated the communication and ease of checking in and out of the property.
