The Space:

Welcome to our cozy retreat! The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the second bedroom, you'll also find a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with all the cookware essentials you need for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers ample seating on the couch and a 50 Smart TV for entertainment. For those needing to catch up on work, we provide a laptop-friendly environment with an office table and ergonomic chair. You can also beat the heat inside the home with the Window AC Units provided. Parking won't be an issue with two street parking spaces available. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with towels and soaps provided, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Step outside to our patio area equipped with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.



Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.



This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home

Window units - Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
