Hot Tub~Gym~5 Min to Mass Ave~Backyard Retreat~Indianapolis

The place was extremely nice, comfortable and relaxing. Hot tub was good but could have been hotter. Area was nice. Gym was great

We had an amazing stay ! The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable ! Cozy and relaxing!

House was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of six, abundant supplies for our stay, and extra towels for showers and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, and kids appreciated tvs in all the bedrooms. We loved being able to use the gym and walk down to Three Dolls Cafe for breakfast and lunch. When back in Indy, we will definitely check to see if this house is available again for another stay!

The house and backyard were great. Close enough to walk to downtown area while being out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hot tub was a great bonus. Everything was clean. Ed was fantastic with checking in and keeping in touch with any questions we had. Great experience

Everything was great. Very clean. We were here for the mini marathon and access to downtown was extremely convenient. Communication was excellent during the stay as well.

The house was great…lots of room, clean & organized. They thought of all the little details that guests need when staying away from home which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice 2 story home. Modern appliances and bathrooms. Location is about 1 mile from downtown and can be walked or an easy cab ride. Definitely recommend.

3-day moms and sons trip. House is exactly as pictured in a terrific location. Clean, well stocked, very quiet despite being by the freeway. Grill wasn't working but everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Great location, only minutes away from everything we went to (children's museum, zoo, etc). Place had everything we needed to cook food when we stayed in. Would definitely stay again if we're back in town.

This was a great place to stay in Indy for some sports tournaments. We used all of the amenities including the gym and hot tub. There was plenty of room for all of us including the dog.

The house was wonderful for our family and eo close to great things to do in Indianapolis.

We enjoyed the hot tub, access to the interstate, the kitchen and coffee bar was well stocked with anything we needed. Plenty of towels, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

House was great. Clean and spacious, super cute backyard. Wish we had more time to explore but we got snowed in and the whole town shut down. Will have to visit again! Thanks

The host was welcoming and very detailed. The home is beautiful, close to everything in downtown Indy and we really enjoyed the hot tub. If you’re trying to decide where to stay close to downtown, stay here. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay we love this place so much we are looking to book again . It’s location is great we was just minutes for downtown where everything was just great for the holidays.

This place was absolutely amazing! The host Eddie, was always so responsive as soon as I asked a question. I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay. Our groceries got delivered before we arrived and Eddie had a friend bring them into the house for us. If you plan on coming to Indiana this is your place! It’s beautiful inside and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We highly recommend the Herman House.

Great house so close to Mass. Ave and downtown. All the little details were thought of by the host. The view of downtown from the hot tub can't be beat!
