** As with many urban cities, Albuquerque is experiencing an increase in the un-homed population and on occasion you may see them when drive away from the neighborhood toward Central Ave. The property is in a well established neighborhood with a wide range families who have lived in the area for years, medical staff, professors and UNM Students, and many happy dog walkers who enjoy walking. There is a church close by, as well as a private and public school. Just down the way. Please consider this information when booking so that it does not negativity effect your experience or location review.

    Came home to visit my family in ABQ and brought my wife, son, and in laws. It was easy to check in, a great location, and had everything we needed. Will definitely use VRBO and this location again in the future.

    Great location, in heart of Nob Hill, walking distance to restaurants and nice, safe/quiet/clean/cute neighborhood for walking. House is clean, well appointed, secure, with everything you need to feel comfortable. Great gated parking, nice back patio area with hot tub. Easy access to all of Albuquerque. Comfy beds. Extra towels. All the basic kitchen stuff needed to prepare own meals. Hostess was responsive and left little extras (coffee, condiments, tip book) that made us feel welcome!

    Chose this property for a yearly gathering of sisters. Perfect for gathering in the backyard, hot tub, around the dining table. Easy a to old town, Santa Fe and surrounding areas. Stephanie was easy to work with, quickly answering my numerous questions.

    Very clean and comfortable. We loved hanging out in the big backyard. I had a couple of questions and requests that Stephanie responded to right away. The hosts left bottled water and seltzers in the fridge and turned up the a/c for us before we arrived so we would be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
