This newly remodeled guest area is attached to host's main house, but private entrance, parking and yard. there are stairs outside to access property.It is not wheelchair accessible.

INSIDE:
Luxury King size beds in both rooms. Lighted makeup mirrors. Smart Roku TV's with fast WiFi. USB ports at bedside. Comfortable seating, all sections recline. Pack 'n play, and highchair for little ones. 4 inch thick mat for extra child.
Dart board, board games, and toys. Office/ work space area and coffee, tea and cocoa bar.

Quiet time: 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in order to respect our quiet neighborhood.
Because of allergy sensitive guests, we don't allow pets.

Covered patio with couch and dining table. Gas firepit seating area, and padded lounge chairs for sunbathing. Gas BBQ.
Beautiful private HOT TUB to enjoy sunsets and star gazing.

GUEST ACCESS:
You'll have full private access to the guest area and private yard. The host lives in main house attached, but respects your privacy.
