THE BEACH BALL HOUSE at Seaside Beach is a centrally located home that has all your entertainment wants considered. Just four houses between you and the sandy beach means along with downtown shopping and restaurants around the corner means you are just a short 5 minute walk from everything! Want to hit up the golf course or U Street Pub that is just a 10 minute walk to the south. This 4 bedroom two bath home is set up to accommodate up to 12 people and features a basement game room to help keep all those in your group entertained with a pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, darts, and a card table. The main floor features a large living room with a fireplace, sectional sofa, and love seat. Off of the living room is a sun room / game room with a table to play board games, puzzles, or cards. Back through the living room and you come to the kitchen and dining room, both are set up to serve your entire group of 12. Off of the dining room you will find a large deck overlooking the hot tub and gas fire pit. The main level also has a large bathroom featuring separate shower. On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, two of which are set up with queen size beds. Another room with two queen size beds and the fourth bedroom featuring 2 set of twin bunk beds. Plus a loft area with a lounge chair, a perfect spot to sneak away to relax and read a book.

    We stayed at this Seaside vacation home with two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and it was absolutely perfect. The house is incredibly family-friendly, the kids lived in the game room, and the spacious kitchen made meals so easy for our large group. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and truly even better in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is amazing, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again!

    We really enjoyed staying at this house for a girls weekend with friends. House accommodated our large group very well. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit outside along with the hot tub. Nice big table for eating together, working on a puzzle, playing games. Great location! Would definitely consider staying there again.

    The location of this house is amazing, far enough away from the noise of the busy downtown yet close enough to walk easily. Our complaint is that we asked repeatedly for all the table games in the basement to get repaired, and nothing. That was too bad, the kids really wanted to use them.

    This house is in an excellent location, conveniently located a few short blocks away from the shops and restaurants and just a bit over a block away from the beach. We had 6 adults and 3 teens/children staying in this house which slept us very comfortably. It was a very easy experience working with the property management company and they did a great job of walking through the details of arriving and leaving the property. The house had a great number of amenities including a fire pit area, hot tub, game room with board games, basement with pool, ping pong, air hockey, dart board and a shuffleboard. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay at this house as well as our time in Seaside and would definitely recommend it to someone who is considering a vacation to Seaside.
