Hot Tub Soaks! Family Home 6 Mi to Big Boulder Mtn

We had a great time. The house was perfect size for our family of 9, and very clean. The Host was super responsive and helpful when I had a question about an appliance. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The house was very spacious, clean and had lots of entertaining things to do.

Host met us, very nice.A few problems.Ran out of toilet paper, only 3 rolls whole house, 9 people..Main floor bathroom sink didn't drain well.Main floor bathroom shower has a sharp screw head in drainMain floor bathroom tp holder loose from wall.No pillowcase on lower level bedroom.The 'extra fees' were exorbinant , pkig fee in the driveway??Having to take the trash to the dump when paying a cleaning fee!?I could go on.I won't be using your service again.

Our stay was a very nice one. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us. We felt oth only thing missing was sofa blankets and blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We would rebook for a another trip in years to come.

The house had tons of lady bugs in October we didn’t mind just odd in October… we choose to believe it was a sign of good luck for us!

My family was very impressed with the accommodations. It was immaculate and nicely decorated. Property had everything we needed to entertain a group of teens. A management company. They were able to assist when one of the kids locked themselves out of the room. Would definitely stay again

Everything was as pictured. Very nice place to stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Overall it was a good stay because I had my family. The issues refrigerator didn't get cold and ice maker not making ice. The grill was filthy under and didn't realize until we started. It was a little fire where we had to use the extinguisher. We had to clean the grill ourselves to use. The customer service lady was very rude when I called once we arrived to ask a few questions. Cobwebs all over the patio where we sat. Have pictures but unable to add!

Great house!!! So much space! The home was super stocked (all new pots, dishes, glassware & silverware). Everything was very clean and Colleen, the host, was absolutely amazing!! She went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. My whole family had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice only thing I

It is a beautiful house. The kitchen needs more baking items. We were glad that the property manager got us plates and silverware because there wasn't enough for 1 meal. The hot tub needed more water in it. The property manager said she would get us a hose on Monday but it never showed up. So no hot tub. A few maintenance items but it was a very enjoyable time.

I had a great overall experience, but I wish we could have more than four cars on the property. I wouldn't mind paying an extra fee for additional parking, especially since I had guests coming from Canada, Buffalo, New York, and Delaware. Coordinating with just four cars was challenging.I would rate this place four stars, but there are a few issues to address. Firstly, the parking situation could be improved. Additionally, the grill was used but not cleaned, which was disappointing. I also noticed a broken gray chair near the entrance that could pose a safety risk, as it was separated from the other chairs overlooking the balcony. Lastly, the listing mentioned that two rooms had bunk beds, but upon arrival, I found that only one room had a bunk bed, which felt like false advertising.

The home was pretty clean, nicely furnished, and spacious. However, it was bare bones. Also, we had communication issues with the property manager.The property manager was difficult and rude to communicate with. Prior to check in, there was confusion about registration forms we needed to fill out. She was very rude to me during that exchange, even though I kept explaining that I was just confused and trying to solve the problem. During our stay, we realized the grill was not working after buying groceries for grilling. We called and she was very rude, saying that we should've just lit it with a match and what did we want her to do. Our issues with the house were as follows:- No central A/C. There were window units but those were not sufficient to cool all the main areas. One of the bedrooms did not have a window unit. - The ice maker was hardly making any ice- Kitchen not stocked with any basic food staples such as salt or aluminum foil. No cleaner other than dish soap. No baking pan, not enough cutlery for guests, only 1 dish towel, etc - No beach towels, sand toys, chairs, basketball, etc- Only 2 games, neither with any instructions - Only 10 bath towels, for a home that sleeps 12 - You have to put the trash in your trunk and take it to the dumpster. - HOA amenities - No basketball or tennis. Boats are for rental only.

Need better pots and pans

Amazing!! Exactly as described and shown in pictures, Quiet, peaceful and relaxing space. Well recommended and definitely stay again.

Overall a nice house in the mountains. Ample room in the home for 9-12 guests. Our stay was very short; Friday night and left 10am Sunday. Check-in was easy but the HOA fee was difficult. I tried to email/call several times about the fees. There was no information about the wrist bands and car tags. Found out the last day we needed a yellow car tag for taking out trash. Home was decently clean but don't walk around the home in white socks. There are also very large ants (maybe carpenter) in the kitchen so be sure the seal any food on the counters.

The space was clean, spacious, and such a wonderful little vacation for me and my friends.

My stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed it was very clean. Much bigger in person we had an amazing time.

Drains need to be serviced. Main bathroom sink doesn’t drain. BBQ has to be replaced. Having to drive a mile to drop of garbage is inconvenient. Pay enough where it should be collected. Won’t stay here again.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and abundantly equipped for a weekend getaway! It is much more spacious than the pictures let on, and the entire house is temperature controlled with central heat, window A/C units and ceiling fans. The couches and beds are all very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils, and dishes. There is ample seating both inside and on the deck outside. There is a propane grill, which was hooked up with a full tank of gas and a hot tub under the deck, neither of which I used, but it was nice to have that option. The house is less than a 10 minute drive to Skirmish Paintball, and about 20 minutes from a good selection of restaurants.Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I would certainly look to this house again for future stays in the Poconos area!
