Fantastic brand new spotlessly clean house. Very well designed and appointed with everything we needed, in a great location to view the sunset from the roof deck. Video games, pinball, and Foosball (two tables) to entertain the kids and nostalgic adults, and a hot tub with a smart TV in front of it if you didn't feel like going to the beach

Such a beautiful and comfortable home for our whole family to stay together in. The beds were so comfortable after a long day visiting NYC. We enjoyed lots of family time while using the hot tub and patios where we could all visit together. We even had a family competion with the pin ball machine. The location was excellent and so close to the boardwalk and beach. We can't wait until we can come and visit the Jersey Shore again and will definitely hope to stay at The Bay Breeze again.

I have stayed at Seaside before with large groups but this was our most ambitious with a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Not only did this place accommodate everyone comfortably it was loaded with areas from the ground up to entertain all! They also provided 8 beach passes and parking pass for one car. Making it super convenient to get kids and older folks to and from beach/boardwalk. My only complaint was that this place needed a deep clean. I’m not saying bathrooms or kitchen were dirty but windows, walls, coffee pot and fridge in need of some extra attention. Paint in hallways was really rough like a bunch of animals slammed every suitcase they had into them. So it felt like a rental a bit more than places I’ve stayed in the past. Won’t ruin your trip by any means but little bit of love after this season will be needed. The garage was loaded with beach items which also was great so didn’t have to bring chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Outdoor shower and hot tub made for wonderful close to the day. Overall would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Seaside Heights. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lots of great amenities. The yard & hot tub were a nice touch. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out when needed. Communication with the owners was easy. They connected with us quickly every time we reached out. The only thing missing was some larger pots & pans for us to use to cook for our group of 10.

It’s always amazing when we stay there the whole school above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need. The house is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was an easy walk away, but we also had parking passes to accommodate kids and older adults. The house was spotless and had amazing amenities. The host was very responsive when small issues or questions arose. We hope to be back to enjoy another family vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay so much this weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I loved having some coffee, tea and basics provided. The parking pass and beach passes were great!! The girls enjoyed the hot tub. We would highly recommend and would come stay again.

This home had everything imaginable! Wonderfully thought out details in every corner! Our large extended family had plenty of room and privacy for a lovely long weekend getaway. Easy on and off the island on to major hwys made a great visit to surrounding towns . We had a lovely stay !

Everything about our weekend stay was wonderful. The homeowners were easy to work with and responsive. The house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Plenty of supplies and towels, kitchen supplies, and a lovely hot tub. The walk to the beach is an easy one. I wish we had stayed longer. I would recommend the house to friends and family. I would love to stay again!

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with extended family. There were 8 of us - 3 couples and two teens. The layout of the house, game room and hot tub were a big hit! The open living area and large couch was perfect for family game nights and hanging out. The host was excellent.

My friends and I planned a stay in Seaside Heights, NJ. I found Bay Breeze and it was simply amazing! Clean, spacious, inviting and stocked! Walking distance to the beach is an added plus!!! I would highly recommend this house!!!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Bay Breeze for two families, ages 1-38, at the end of the summer. Bryana was so quick and responsive to our questions. The home was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunset over the bay and we could also catch a glimpse of the Wednesday night fireworks as we looked back toward the beach. The 12-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach is very doable despite the bay location being much closer to the bridge/highway (itself a nice perk for day trips by car). The proximity to beautiful Island Beach State Park was also a huge plus.

We have been going down to Seaside Heights in the summer for years and this is by far the BEST we have rented. The house is clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located just off of the bridge on the bay side— a short walk to the fishing piers and just a few blocks away from the ocean side. Plenty to do for the kids— the boardwalk, crabbing, swimming, go-cart, mini-golf and a water park. Inside the house there is a rooftop balcony where you can just sit and enjoy the sunset over the bay. All rooms are spacious and clean. The kids’ favorite is the game room on the top floor—- they even slept on the sofa while there’s an empty bedroom downstairs! The communication with the hosts is easy and pleasant. It’s a true vacation when you stay here.

The house was BEAUTIFUL and plenty of room! The hot tub was an added bonus at night to wind down and relax . I felt safe in the area and there was plenty of parking (garage, driveway & across the street). Every little beach themed detail in the house was so cute. I was able to get ready here for my wedding with some guests and we were able to do our bride and groom first look on the upstairs balcony and the game room came in handy for the guys to use and hangout in. I would 1000% recommend staying in this rental and would love to again! Thank you to the hosts for detailed information and perfect communication on everything we needed to know . A once in a lifetime experience truly was perfect! Thank you!
