Hot Tub, Putting Green, Game Room!

All the games were amazing, kids had fun. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. I would definitely rent here again.

The interior fell short of expectations. Several electrical outlets did not work, and one of the bathrooms didn’t feel clean due to mildew along the caulking in the shower, to the point where we avoided using it. Overall, the space felt outdated and not as comfortable or well-kept as hoped. The pricing didn’t align with the condition of the home, so walking in was a bit of a surprise, and we would have preferred a better living space over just amenities. The listing photos also don’t accurately reflect what you experience in person.That said, the outdoor area was a highlight. The fire pit, jacuzzi, ping pong table, and pool table made for a fun setup outside. The instructions were clear and the basics were covered. With attention to cleanliness, repairs, and more accurate photos, this could be a much stronger stay for future guests.

We loved our stay. Plenty for the kids to do and the hosts went above and beyond. Having the baby gate is a huge plus!

Host was very responsive and had an easy check in. The kids loved all of the games and were entertained the whole stay. Central location to all of the activities we had planned.I do wish the pictures were more up to date. The property itsself was clean, however not well maintained. Moldy caulking in both bathrooms, we cleaned the patio ourselves in order to make it usable. Light fixture in the guest bathroom didn’t work, and the living room smelled of old cigarette smoke. We left feeling a little disappointed.

The home was perfect for our family. The game room and backyard are awesome, beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. Neighborhood is quiet. Would stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and communication was great. Great proximity to our conference venue in Carrolton.

Great communication, excellent place to sray

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The game room was fun and so was the putting green. The beds and bed linens were very comfy. The location was good, being a quick drive to the airport. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it looked clean and inviting. The kitchen also was updated and clean. I would have given this house an excellent except for standing water by the back garage which the host said was from the water split, and that he was aware of it, and because the back porch overhang metal roof was flapping in the wind and in need of repair. Otherwise this is a very nice place to stay. Also very close to Grapevine!

Host had great communication and the home was very well kept. Really enjoyed the stay.

It was a great spot to kick back and have a good time get it worth it life is to short to not have a good time.. property was kept up with and clean and sevice was excellent.!!Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's warm and welcoming and feels like you're staying in someone's private home, not a rental. It's CLEAN and updated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed, which made cooking Easter dinner easy. The game room was a big hit! Our adult children (local to the area) visited daily and they, and our 9-year old granddaughter, rotated non-stop from playing pool, to ping pong, to mini golf, then a dip in the hot tub. The neighborhood is charming and SO quiet and peaceful. Hubby and I enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the back patio, which has lots of seating. Flat screen TV's in every room, including the patio. Location is great - easy access to lots of shopping. The host has paid great attention to detail in this gem. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay near DFW, our entire family highly recommends this VRBO!

Perfect space very clean and large space.There is a driveway behind the house which we didn’t realize until departure.It truly was so nice. Would recommend highly!

Here for golf tournament. House was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed.
