Hot Tub, Private, 3 Floors, Adjacent to Resort

This worked out well for our family attending our son’s wedding. Clearly dated place, but very comfortable. Some maintenance is required: grill dirty and not usable, dryer vent needs attention, door knob on upper bathroom needs to be fixed, screen in upper bedroom needs repair.

The location was perfect - a 10 minute walk to the slopes or a quick shuttle ride. 4 bedrooms nicely accommodate 10 people without utilizing common spaces. Only complaints were that owner was unable to easily communicate thru the VRBO app. which caused some anxiety on the day of check-in. We did however get the info we needed. Also - the place was not very clean - mold in the showers and tub, visibly dirty kitchen sink, dust piled on the ceiling fan, window that would not shut all the way in one of the bedrooms and generally not as clean as I expected. Contacted the owner and they said they will investigate and are remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen this spring. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of before the next rental. 3 star review is because the listing states VERY CLEAN - and it was not at all very clean. Otherwise - it would be an ideal rental.

Condo was just as in the pictures. Large and well stocked. Erin was responsive to any questions we had. Had a great stay

We had two couples and an adult son staying there. With 3 levels, we had plenty of room and were never crowded. Bus stop was just at the end of the driveway. The down stairs bunk room was great for everyone to watch movies. Host responded quickly and was very accommodated.

The condo was perfect for our family, lots of space to spread out and relax after the day on the slopes. Very close to Winter Park Resort. The hot tub was a very short walk and was great to relax at the end of the day.

Nice getaway that's within walking distance to the gondola. Easy access and Erin was very responsive as a host. We had a great time.

Very big with plenty of room for everyone! Host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Wonderful view of the mountain.

The property was located within walking distance of Winter Park Resort for skiing and snowboarding. The cabin/condo was as advertised. It provided plenty of space for my whole family. The management was more than accommodating and responded quickly to any and all questions. Would stay again for sure.
