This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. Room for the young kids to play and a pool table and hot tub for the older kids. Very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and room to relax and stretch out. We'll look for this place the next time we're in Wichita.

A nice spacious house with plenty of room for multiple people.

We stayed with our large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The hosts were very accommodating.

Our family felt so welcome in this comfortable, well appointed, clean home. It was a great place for us to gather from four different states and enjoy one another. The host had thought of many small details to make our stay wonderful. Also there’s a beautiful walking path close to the home through a park. This was an exceptional VRBO.

We booked last minute for one night. Place was clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A few co-workers and I are preparing for a specialty certification and needed a place to study and review materials that was comfortable, spacious, and had things we could do for fun during breaks. This was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable. Hot tub, pool table, games, DVDs and close to food and other activities. I was able to have my dog with me. The fenced yard was large. Truly it hit the mark on every level. The only caution for others would be that is multi level. Not an issue for us but not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

The house was perfect for our group of seven friends. Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen well-equipped, beds comfortable. The host was easily accessible.

The house was everything we expected. It was perfect for our group of friends in town for a dog event. Plenty of rooms and even more comfortable beds. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We booked this property for our daughter and her brides maids for the night before her wedding. It was great having a house that could sleep such a large wedding party. We werent there long enough to take advantage of all the neat amenities, but the girls had a great time staying here. If you need somewhere to sleep a large group, this is a great property.

Excellent for the 4 couples (4 siblings and spouses). Comfortable and roomy with ample spaces for meals and games.

Loved our stay here for our family wedding event. The options of being upstairs or downstairs helped section everyone and add privacy. Can't beat 3.5 bathrooms when you have a big gathering. Lots of extra linens. Kitchen is stocked with an incredible array of pots, pans, crockpot, instapot, toaster, coffeemaker, pod coffee, casserole, dishes and glasses. There are Christmas themed plates, when appropriate. I was blown away by how well stocked the kitchen was. I've been to a lot of BnBs but this one was the best for kitchen options. The big fridge was awesome as well. The game room was great for the younger generation while the older gen reminisced in the living room. There are DVDs, books, board games and outdoor games to give you options. The hosts replied quickly and were on top of everything the whole time. The fenced in backyard was a favorite for the dog. Five stars well earned.

Perfect location on the west side with easy access to shops and dining. Sweet, quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house and hot tub was amazing. The only potential problem is that all bedrooms are either up or downstairs. We had a leg amputee staying with us and not knowing about the stairs made it a little difficult but thankfully there was a couch bed.

We enjoyed the home for our 4 night stay. The hot tub got much use, the kitchen was outfitted well. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Our dogs loved the backyard. We played games when it was raining. We know the owner was available if we needed them but they pretty much left us alone. I would recommend this location for folks coming to the Wichita area.

Wish you could check in earlier at no cost that was my only problem

We booked this property for our immediate family of 7 to attend a family member's funeral. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and games to keep the kids busy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, owners were very helpful. I would definately stay again if we have another family event.again if we have another family event. we h

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Our little family of four had more than enough rooms to accommodate our stay. We enjoyed having access to the multitude of entertainment channels, made great use of the fireplace and had fun game nights playing pool, shooting darts and playing cards in the game room. The house was very clean and essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and towels were all provided. The best part was the communication with Jenny & Chris. At one point we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home but Jenny was readily available and helped us get back into the house through the garage, if she hadn’t been there we would have spent the night in a hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was great, loved the fire place. Sad there wasn’t a bedroom on the main floor for my grandmother who can’t do stairs but we made it work. The front door can be difficult to open but you get used to the tricks. Quiet neighborhood which was nice, the back patio would be wonderful to enjoy when it’s not winter. The water temperature in the showers was rather touchy, was tough to get something in between ice cold or scolding hot. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The house and set up was perfect for our group. Great location with access to shopoing and restaurants. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

The home really needed a deep cleaning. The carpet was stained & dirty. The table & counter tops were filthy. Also, there were downstairs windows that were left unlocked & there needs to be a lock on the door leading to the garage. We paid over 400 for one night. I really expect it to be spotless for that price.

A little issue with check in due to a leaking shower but otherwise great. Although a little run down, the property was very clean. The hot tub was a little too hot when we first got there but leaving the cover off cooled it down. Hosts could respond a little bit quicker but did answer all of our questions.

We were in town for a party and our family of 7 stayed here. It was perfect for what we needed and the young adults loved the game room. Very well stocked home.

Our stay was everything we expected. Everything worked and it was clean in a nice neighborhood. The layout was perfect for our stay.

Loved staying here. The owner provided coffee and creamer which was a God send! We got to relax in the hot tube and fall asleep easy in the comfortable beds!! This place had everything needed for a weekend stay!

This 5-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home was perfect for our family of nine. Easy to get to and from the places we visited. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood!

Used the house as a home base for the whole family to get together. Out of town family and in local family could all be together in this house. Lovely layout to be able to relax in.
