Incredible house!!! We were there on a girls trip. The house was very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The response time was so fast for any questions we had. Everything was ready to go including the fire pit and hot tub. I highly recommend this amazing home!

We had an amazing time at this property for our family reunion. Great space for a large group. Each family had their own space and several common areas for activities. Very clean and host was attentive to questions. Quick drive to lava hot springs locations. I would recommend 100%!!

Great place for a large family! Lots of space and activities for everyone. Convenient location for all the fun activities in the area, but still nice and quiet too. We stayed in the neighboring home on a prior trip, both are great and will continue to be our top choice when in the area.

Acoustics were really bad. Echo was very loud and hard to communicate with each other as a group.

Loved the house! There was enough rooms for our 6 couples and enough beds for 7 children without them having to sleep on the floor. The location was great! It was close enough to float the river and go swimming, and those who wanted to stay behind or come back early could do so because the location was close but not right in town.

This home is not only beautiful it is also comfortable and has everything you could need for the perfect vacation spot. It is close to town, very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Lots of fun activities to do, a great movie room with lots of great options to watch and fun games to play. This house has something for everyone. We will definitely be going back next year and the years after that.

Super clean. Lots of open space. We had 18 for our reunion and never felt crowded. Lots of fun was had on the pickle ball court. Would totally go again.

We have stayed at a lot of places but this home was our favorite! The house was beautiful and there were so much for my grandkids to do from toddlers to teenagers. The house was well stocked with everything you would need (even beach towels). We loved the theatre room and pickle ball court. The kitchen was the best and had plenty of room for everyone to eat together, Huge refrigerator and also one in garage. Great location and close to town. The Host was great to work with! Would definitely come back to this beautiful home!

The property was great, clean, comfortable and homey, lots of rooms and we would gladly come back again. We really like all the game options inside and outside! We were never bored. Always something to do.

We couldn’t have had a better experience in Lava Hot Springs. It was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing. It was everything we could have wanted and more. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with so much to do. The location was beautiful and we would 100% come back to this house in the future!

Loved, loved, loved, this house and property. It is by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at. Has everything you could want for a large family we had 20 people and never felt crowded. Our kids and grandkids loved the pickleball/ basketball court and the putting green. You cannot go wrong with staying at this house we will definitely stay again. It is so close to everything in town.
