Hot Tub! Outside Traverse City, SLEEPS 6 Pet Friendly, Fire Place, Fire Pit

Staying at the stone house is always lovely. It’s a quiet and relaxing place, clean and cozy, and the kids love the boat and firepit.

Beautiful lot in a peaceful body of water.

This is a lovely, clean home with lots of unique amenities. The backyard goes down to a sweet little lake. The owner has made the lake space so usable with a lovely gazebo for eating meals at the side of the lake (with screen curtains as needed) and row boats for use on the lake. The property also has a lovely patio and deck with a grill, campfire ring and another table and chairs for eating right next to the house. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and living room areas. AND the beds were VERY comfortable!

Decent little spot. The road construction didn’t end up hampering us that much. Hot tub was a welcome sight after an evening playoff game at Centre Ice. Would stay again!

Nice place,very cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding and we're very pleased with stay. Clean, comfortable and a hot tub. Will definitely stay here again when visiting friends.

The hot tub and property were amazing!

Hot tub was a nice feature. Only 25 minutes from TC. Host was a bit bold with responses when asking a simple question about late check out.

This place is neat, clean and fairly quiet despite the road construction nearby. The managers are close by if needed. Hot tub leaked, minor problem. I would suggest a matching pair of oars for the larger boat. But that's really about it. We will certainly consider coming back again!

Didn't realize it was a shared property, units A and B but I never read the reviews so that is probably my fault, but it was fine and we never seen the other tenant. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

We enjoyed this property very much. The hot tub was a great bonus. Great location to visit the regional attractions. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We took the row boat out on the lake at the back of the property.

We had such a lovely time. My sons, 5 and 14, both loved it and were very happy with their rooms. We all loved the house and honestly more essentials than I had imagined were already provided by Jeff, which was nice- I had anticipated having to do much more shopping than I ended up needing to. We went out on the row boat provided on the lake and that was so relaxing. We used the hot tub pretty much each morning and night, we made s’mores at the fire pit, and it was just such a chill spot to return to after our daily activities.

From the amenities to the views and property itself - leaving with a tan and great smiles. It was super kid friendly, let’s just say we gave the hot tub enough attention for the rest of the year! Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend. Little loud with the busy road, but convenient location.

Not a whole lot of room for 5 guys to stay in but for the price, absolutely no complaints. Placed us in a location that was about 30 mins from both sleeping Bear Dunes and also Traverse City. Served as a great base camp for all the other northern Michigan activities.

What a beautiful place! We lived the decor, fireplace, deck and hot tub. Having a laundry room was amazing. And the view of the large pond with all its wildlife was amazing! Excellent property management as well! Fast and helpful!

Jeff was easy to communicate. Check in/checkout instructions were simple. The locstion was beautiful.

Good check in directions. Had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. They even have paddle boats and wood for a Campfire. I didnt realize it is a duplex, but that didnt bother us at all. Will stay again if we are ever up th I s way!

Moved our student into IAA and used this house as our home base. It was perfect. Super quick to get to the campus, close enough to everything else, and our cats enjoyed watching the happenings on the lake from the windows!

Great place, great location, and Neff is a great host

This place is nice and cozy! We enjoyed the patio and the gazebo by the pond.
