HOT TUB ON DECK, OCEAN VIEW, WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS, BARS AND BOARDWALK

The host advertised a hot tub and it was not operational. We were not told this in advance and when we raised the issue, she told us we should not have expected it to work in the winter. The hot tub is literally the picture she features and it is rated as the top amenity.

It is a beautiful house

This was our second time staying here at this beautiful home. We love the house — the beds are amazing, the house is fun and well maintained, and the location is perfect. Communication with Nancy is easy, friendly, amd professional. We had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away with friends! Thank you, Nancy!

The house was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail was placed into this house such as beautiful ceilings, oval windows, comfortable beds, individual climate control in each room. The jacuzzi with the roof patio was a great perk.

We had a fabulous weekend getaway with friends, thanks to Nancy and her beautiful home. The location to the beach is perfect, the rooftop patio and hot tub were dreamy. Nancy answered any and all questions from the time of booking, until we checked out. The bedrooms were comfortable, beautiful, clean and the temp in every room was great. The huge living room couch and dining table, along with the kitchen island, made it a perfect hang out spot. Would definitely rent again!

A group of us stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a great house and the location was awesome. It’s right off the beach and a short walk to some different food options. The rooftop setup is great as well.

Great home. Loved the quiet neighborhood!

This was a nice house in a beautful location. Unfortunately, it was a bit dirty with 10 bags of garbage from the previous renter piled up for more than half our stay. Additionally, the kitchen sink was leaking, causing the ceiling in the master bath to fall. Despite numerous communications with the propery manager, nothing was done about this until 4 days into our week long stay. We couldn't use the kitchen sink or dishwasher for the majority of the trip. Nancy refuses to give me a partial refund and refuses to respond to my messages. Additionally, the code enforcement officer from th town stopped by to inform us that the home is not registered to be a rental. Buyer beware!

Everything was great! House is beautiful and spacious. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay again as the weather gets nicer
