Well Equipped Homewith Hot Tub. Spend the day on the water then come home to a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the game room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. The kids room has 2 sets of bunk beds and can sleep 4 comfortably. Directly behind the large backyard is a park complete with climbing Equipment for the kids and is easily accessible from a gate in the backyard. Time to make some memories!
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Please clean up after your pets.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
