Please note: this home has a shared driveway. Guests should pull all the way to the back to park. Parking includes a concrete pad, an additional parking spot, and a covered garage space that fits smaller vehicles only. Plenty of free street parking is also available.

ACCESSIBILITY AND STAIRS: This is a three-level home. Bedrooms 1 and 2 and one full bathroom are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 requires stairs to the second floor. The basement contains Bedroom 4, one full bathroom, and the game, cinema and karaoke areas. The primary interior route to the basement requires using a staircase with a handrail. The basement also has a separate rear entrance that can be reached by vehicle using the shared driveway. Guests should review the home’s layout and staircase photos before booking to ensure it is suitable for everyone in their group.
