Stayed Sep 13, 2024Most of it was nice. Mattresses could be repla ed. Dishwasher rack broken. Pool was really nice. Hot tub old. Comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Area was good.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025We stayed at the house to finish out our Arizona vacation with family. The house was clean and the pool and backyard space were perfect to relax and stay cool in the heat. The location was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit around the city.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025My family and I stayed in the house for the week of spring break. It was perfect for our family of four, my mom, plus our little French Bulldog. We hit up some Spring Training games which were easy to get to and spent plenty of time in the amazing backyard, pool, hot tub, and putting on the putting green. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025The day we arrived the pool was not ready for us. I immediately reached out to the host and was told the pool guy was there and again coming back the next day. You can tell the side of the pool has not been cleaned as it was greenish in color. This is something we would expect to be able to use upon arrival.The washing machine did not work from the first time we tried to use it. We were there for 10 days and it was finally fixed two days before we left. The bottom dishwasher rack does not fit the dishwasher, so it was a nuisance every time we used it.We pay more for the amenities such as the pool and washer and dryer. And we expect these things to be in working order and ready for us when we check in. While the host was very good at responding quickly on all these things, the lack of the washing machine working upon our arrival is a big reason our rating is so low. We did notice previous comments about problems with the washing machine, so this is something we felt should’ve been corrected before our arrival.The outdoor area was nice for our group to spend time outdoors.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Great location and great time. A little small upstairs for 8 adults but had a great time. Backyard is beautiful. Pool is great and heated. Would detention again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025The backyard entertaining area is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. Master bath shower could use some work but otherwise this older home is very nice. Here's the issue, I would not rent this property again until they fix the access code pad to the home. We were told it was touchy but a renter should not have to worry about whether they will be able to get back into the property every time they leave and return. It was a fight every time we needed to enter the home.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025We were very happy with staying here! The house was everything we hoped for. Too cold for pool but the hot tub was good enough. Would love to come back when it’s a little warmer and can bring grandkids next time. Hope to stay here again while visiting daughter and my new grandson!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This property has a great location and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The laundry machines did not work great, but other than that, it was perfect for us. The putting green was fun, and even our 2-year-old enjoyed it.
