Hot tub, Gorgeous Cabin, Close to Lake!

Absolutely beautiful property

Very clean! Had every thing we needed plus some! Loved it. Very cozy! Hot tub was perfect after getting off the slopes.

This was our third time staying at 18 enchanted. As usual ,we had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and clean and the kids don’t want to come down from the loft We love pagosa springs !

Beautiful, spacious home. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls and dinnerware. Community was safe and pretty with numerous deer appearances each day. Beds were comfortable and the whirlpool bath was a plus. Lots of games and puzzles for extra entertainment. View of the lake from the front porch and hot tub on the back porch. Dryer squeaked a lot but that was about the only negative. Location was a plus as groceries, shopping and gas were less than 10 minutes away. Great and comfortable base camp for all the hikes, fishing and touring we did in the area. Plans changed during the trip and since there were open dates for the home following our scheduled departure, we were able to add a couple extra days to the trip and not have to move to a different location.Hopefully, we'll be able to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The property was even more spacious than it appears to be in photos. The home, the neighborhood, and the view are spectacular. The home is well equipped, and the extra touches such as soap in each bathroom, board ganes in the cabinet, and an abundance of kitchen tools made our stay even better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint we had was the water heater was not properly working. We had a large group staying in the house and only 2 people could shower and we were out of hot water for a while.

Everything was nice and plenty of room. Comfortable and good entertainment.

Group of friends came out for a late season trip to wolf creek. The home was a great location close to town and a short drive to the ski area.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the living room was spacious and a great place to relax and watch a movie after a day on the mountain.The host was, very responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay.It would have been nice if the internet was a little faster.Overall would definitely recommend staying here

Everything went super smooth with checking in and communication. Felt like home when we walked in the door with all the Texas decor. Will definitely try to get this house again in the future!! Thanks you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay communication and hospitality

We had an amazing time at the cabin. It was very clean and cozy. Had all the necessities needed. Plenty of things to do when just hanging out and relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Would 100% recommend.

We’ve been to the Pagosa area many times before and loved this home. Had all the amenities we needed. Property management group (Lori) was great and very communicative with us about our stay. Home was extremely clean and ready for us. The hot tub was great after skiing each day.

From my understanding, they are a family run business and you're definitely going to get that nice family treatment from all of their staff.It was just my wife and I, so even though the house was very spacious, we loved having the room to ourselves. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt safe and enjoyed seeing the vast number of deer.I kicked butt at foosball, which is very important to mention!Loved everything and every minute!

Spacious, great location, and superbly well equipped for families -- from the hot tub and foosball table to the loft, great kitchen, and garage parking. Among the nicest places we've stayed.

We enjoyed the beautiful house and the quiet neighborhood as well the close proximity to downtown Pagosa Springs. The hot tub on the deck was great for relaxing in the evenings. The communication with the host was great! Definitely recommend.

The best Vrbo we ever stayed in. It had everything a person could need. The bedding, and towels were on very plush. Definitely high end. Will be back and friends and family. Love it!
