Amazing property!

My family and I LOVED staying here for Thanksgiving!! It had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and the large kitchen/great room was able to accommodate all of us! The kids loved the garage game room and the upstairs game room with all the bunk beds as well! The place was really clean when we got there and had plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us. We enjoyed mountain biking, hiking and exploring Kanab, which was only an hour away. We made some of the best memories as a family and can’t wait to stay here again!!

Easy property to settle into -- plenty of space to spread out for our group of 4 adults and 6 children! We definitely would return.

Location for us was perfect. House was spacious and nicely equipped. We would make this our first choice if we were in the area again.

Had everthing we needed and available. Hot tub worked fine and was clean. The light switches were well labled when needed. Minor issues the drain on the main upstairs shower was very slow. The vanity water faucets in the second upstairs bathroom were non-functional. Some chairs in the upstair bedrooms would have been useful.

Great location, completely clean with no issues, plenty of space, good for large groups, new and multiple appliances, big kitchen with HUGE island, fun for kids, accommodating and friendly host. We accidentally left something behind and the host was very helpful and easy to work with to get it shipped back to us. Ample parking and plenty of things to do in the house to keep our kids occupied and entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We had nine of us in this house - five teens and four adults. The house is in a great location - close to Zion National Park, which we went to every day. The house is incredibly well stocked and the owners have made everything easy - there are phone chargers for use all over the house, plenty of beds and rest areas. The primary bathroom is so nice. We had trouble with the ice maker in the freezer and the Kuerig (wouldn't turn on), but those could have been user errors and there was another coffee pot we used instead. Grocery stores, gas stations, coffee places were all nearby. This was a GREAT stay - highly recommend!

The house was great and just as described! The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Tons of dishes and appliances in the kitchen to cook. The keurig didn’t work though.

This house was perfect for our small family reunion with 15 people (4 couples, teens, children). We loved the house. There was a big family room for gatherings, a great kitchen, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms needed. The little kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the hot tub was a fun option. The game room in the garage was great for a games tournament. We visited Zion NP and some local attractions and that was super helpful.

We were a group of 6 guys traveling for a 40th birthday. Wife made the reservation for our stay to be our base camp for the long weekend away. Easy access to all thr Utah parks--great location! Comfortable accommodations, the beds felt great after hiking all day and the hottub soothed the soreness. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The beds were so comfortable, and we all looked to find out where the pillows were from. The Kitchen was huge and just prefect for what we needed for such a big group. I would totally recommend this place, and we plan on staying again!!

Our family of 4 couples had a wonderful time staying in this house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The games in the garage were really fun. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen and a slow drain in the bathroom- but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

My family stayed here for a reunion, and just by looking at the pictures we thought it would be smaller than what it was and it was huge for our family of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone and it had a wonderful grill and barbecue. There were three extra small beds in the master bedroom that we were able to pull out for our younger kids to sleep on, and we were thrilled that every room had a TV. The house was really cold, and the game room was amazing. It was a wonderful place to come home to the end of the day. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that caught us off guard were ants coming in from the back porch but that is something everyone Hass to deal with no matter where you go so we were able to get that cleared out and cleaned up.

Great way to relax after exploring Zion! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Our teens and young adults loved the big screen tv and game room set up in the garage. After full days of hiking, it was great to come back to this house where everyone could spread out and have down time. Great kitchen too! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great stay!
