I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented with Coastal Joe's a couple times. Always great houses. This one was perfect for our group. It was a fantastic stay. If we had to have one complaint, would encourage updating the outdoor furniture on the family room level patio.

Reviewer Comments: The Sanctuary was a perfect property and setting for our family of 7 (and grand dogs- very pet friendly prop). Love the open space in main living/kitchen area. Close walk over boardwalk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful, best sunsets ever too! Close to Trading Post (4-minute walk) for any necessities needed while there. Management attentive and responded quickly to all our needs while there. Great communication for anything we needed.Will definitely go back to The Sanctuary next time we plan a trip Cape San Blas.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We enjoyed the Sanctuary because of the location, space and especially the gourmet kitchen. I was equally impressed with the property management’s communication and updates with us prior to our checking in. An added bonus was an additional night became available and we were able to make that happen. We would highly recommend the Sanctuary.

We noticed this house a few years ago and we were so excited when we found it available for a last minute beach trip. The house is beautiful! While not right on the water, the private boardwalk access was so close to the house (door to sand less then 2 min) We would absolutely stay here again! We were just a short walk to the trading post as well. Coastal Joes has been a great company to work with over the years! They were very attentive and easy to contact with questions.
