Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Lake Access: Poconos Escape!

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! The home was as described and fit our group of four couples perfectly. The full bathroom downstairs in the basement was a big plus with 8 people trying to get ready for each day. We enjoyed the pool table and movie style seating for couples karaoke! We didn't get to use the hot tub because of the snow, but will hopefully return this summer to take advantage of all of the amenities the home and community offer. Our guest relations person was responsive and knowing she was nearby was also a plus. Great home, great customer service.

This is comfortable home and the guest contact was awesome! It’s a great place for families as the house is spacious and has a great basement with a big screen tv and games. My only suggestion would be to give it a fresh paint job which is an easy fix to make it more welcoming!

So much space. Took my daughter and 9 of her friends to celebrate get 21st birthday. They had your best time. House was clean and well stocked. They loved the hot tub. Minor needs were handled swiftly and professionally. If I was a host I would definitely hire Rashonda Larios as part of my management team. She was very responsive to all of my questions regarding the house and the surrounding areas. She made our trip hassle free.

The house was incredibly spacious, fully renovated, and thoughtfully designed to offer entertainment for all ages. From the relaxing hot tub and cozy fireplace to the fun-filled pool table and charming treehouse, there was something for everyone to enjoy.The surrounding nature was stunning and peaceful, and we especially loved the short 15-minute walk to the lake, which even had a playground that the kids couldn’t get enough of. Every detail of the home made our stay more enjoyable, and we were all genuinely excited to be there.The host was fantastic—always available and responsive whenever we had a question, making us feel truly welcome and taken care of.We’re already talking about coming back in the summer—it’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and make great memories. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 6 kids ranging from 1-5 years old. There was plenty of space for them to play. The theatre/arcade room in the basement was a huge bonus. The yard was great and the bedrooms were very spacious. We plan on returning again next year.

We took a long weekend trip away for the start of Spring break, and we are so glad we picked this house! The house is lovely: clean, nicely decorated, roomy, comfortable beds, and features a lot of really cool amenities such as a hot tub, movie theater, pool table, and a tree house! They also have plenty of kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, and spices on hand. The house was in a small neighborhood but was very quiet, which was ideal. We really enjoyed our time away from home and we recommend that you book your stay here! Perfect for a large family or group getaway, esp if kids are included.

Everything was amazing

The house was nice spacious and clean. We love The amenities and the check in process was great. The only downfall is the house is extremely big and there is 1 central air unit for the house. A house that size need at least 2 units one for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have portable units to assist with cooling however the master bedroom DOES NOT have a window unit for support and rely solely on the central air. So you have to turn the thermostat down to 65 which will freeze the basement movie theater area and the main level just to try and get the MB cool. It was so cold downstairs we couldn’t enjoy watching movies but that was the only way to attempt to cool off the MB. It was very frustrating at night and the house would be perfect if they had a portable in the MB for extra support. It’s also has carpenter ants from the woods area in the kitchen which can be frustrating when you are trying to cook and use the island. Other then the AC the house was perfect.
