- Limit Your Soak: 20 minutes is the sweet spot. Take breaks to cool down and hydrate.
- Kids Must Be Supervised: Little ones need a grown-up buddy at all times. Safety first, fun always!
- No Diving: It’s a hot tub, not a diving board. Keep your feet on the ground and your head above water.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025The host is extremely easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly. The check in process was very easy and the homes looks exactly as it is listed online. We really enjoyed the fantastic view from the living view window, the hot tub, and the fenced in yard for our dogs. All in all it was a great stay and we would go back again!

Stayed Oct 14, 2025The house was clean, well maintained and nicely furnished and quiet. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and bunk room. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and so did we! The kitchen was nicely furnished but maybe add a griddle for pancakes. The driveway was ok but maybe add more gravel as we and looks like others bottomed out if the car is fully loaded down. The beds were very comfortable. The views from the balcony were very nice. We didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the things provided, as we were sightseeing and enjoying the wildlife every day. We were glad for the convenient location to everything. The washer and dryer were a big plus. All 7 (plus our dog) of us enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Hot tub space was awesome. Common areas are perfect for socializing. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen to cook and drink. Coffee on the deck looking at mountains was lovely. The shower, beds and air conditioning were wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The driveway is not huge but was sufficient. We were there in hot July looking for cooler temps with the elevation. It was still too hot for us to want to use the fire area anyways, they probably mow that for other seasons. We only interacted with one neighbor and she was very nice. Quiet at night. I recommend it. Checkin and communications were so simple I almost forgot to mention it.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025My boyfriend and I desperately needed a vacation. With his daughter being with us for Father’s Day, I saw the perfect opportunity for us to get it. His only desires were mountains and a hot tub and we got so much more than this with this place! We got an amazing view, perfect space, close to plenty of places to go out and do stuff, stores for food, etc. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs! Any questions we had were responded to very quickly and overall the trip was perfect! We have talked about trying to come back on an annual basis we had so much fun and loved it so much.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024unfortunately, the flooding hit after a few days and I had to leave as there was no sign that services could be restored any time soon. meanwhile the house is situated nicely, overlooking the valley, easy to get to the highway. it's very private on a cul-de-sac, good for dogs. mgmt was helpful and understanding that I needed to take off early.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Loved our stay here! My daughter loved the chalk board and the colored LED lights in the bunk bed room. The beds were comfortable and all the living areas were great. Not a single complaint. Having come from flat Indiana, the view of the mountains every morning as I drank my coffee was truly relaxing. Would love to find my way back here someday.

Stayed May 24, 2024We had an amazing stay here and one of the best Vrbo's we've stayed at. The property itself had an amazing view of the mountains and every night we watched the clouds form and roll over the range on the patio. The unit had a perfect layout for my wife and I. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Also had a great attached fenced in yard for our dog. Highly recommend.
