Hot Tub! Family Tobyhanna Getaway 12 Mi to Slopes

My family and I really enjoyed our staying at this beautiful house.

Our stay at this beautiful home was wonderful. Very spacious and very clean. Well stocked as described. The deck and hot tub were a big hit. There were many attractions and lakes in the area to enjoy as well. The owner was very nice and responsive to all inquiries.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The house is beautiful and has some great amenities. There is a fantastic deck with a covered hot tub which was a big hit with our group. There was also a nice area to sit outside around a fire pit as well as a swing set for kids. There was also a spacious covered grill and we were fortunate that the previous guests left propane. There’s lots to do inside as well. The game room was well received with all the kids in our group. There was air hockey, a pool table, arcade games, a TV with a provided HDMi wire to hook up your own systems and more!We slept 6 adults and 7 children comfortably. There was a room with a queen bed and bunk bed and an air mattress provided so most of the kids were able to room together, which they loved. Another room with a queen sized bed had a seat/swing that was cozy for reading and relaxing. The house has a great layout which works for groups to spend time with each other but there is also a sitting room where people can just chill and read or chat. The layout of the kitchen area is great for groups and casually dining and eating out, allowing anyone who is in the kitchen area to see what is going on in the living room and view the TV. There was a good supply of utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, 2 frying pans, large pots, and other kitchen basics. There were limited small pots, so future guests might want to bring that with them depending on their needs. The host was friendly and very responsive.

Love the house

House was very clean, and had all of the things you would need for an extended stay. The kids loved the Hot Tub, and game room. The house is conveniently located ~15 min drive to Kalahari or Camelback. All in all, a great place to stay.

The home was just as pictured in the listing. It was warm and inviting just like the host. The rooms are large, comfortable, well furnished, and very comfortable for a family of all ages. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. He made himself available for little things like asking where something was to quickly and easily accommodating our need for more towels. It was overall a lovely and comfortable stay. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We were able to spend 7 days there for new years and after. We enjoyed 2 different water parks (great wolf lodge and aquatopia, did not go to kalahari) and multiple ski resorts. All of which are less than 30 minutes away. The home had an amazing game room, which we played video games and cards every day. Worked great for our 4 year olds. Hot tub is a great feature, especially in the cold weather. The owner stayed in touch through our trip, to make sure everything was going well. Walmart and other grocery options are only 10 minutes away. Outlet mall is about 20 minutes away. And a fantastic Japanese steakhouse where we did a birthday dinner.

Nice large space with all you need, plenty of outdoor seating, large hot tub, sick game room! communicative hosts, responded to any requests in a timely manner, will definitely return!
