Hot tub & Beach House One Block To The Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, and we loved the location to the beach. It was only a couple blocks to the beach, very easy walk. The neighborhood felt safe on our walk even at close to dark one night. There were a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon that you can use at the beach.

Bring your own laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, and dishwasher pods. The microwaves are rusted. The first bedroom has an old, squeaky bed, but the shower water pressure is good; bathroom sink is fine. The second bedroom has two old, squeaky beds, and the bathroom sinks are clogged. Water pressure in the stand-up shower is low. We found a roach on the wall when we first walked in. Bath towels were damp.Some kitchenware has food stains. The walk to the hot tub requires a concrete path to keep dirt and sand out of the house. The fence only goes halfway, so pets need to be on leashes. My dog saw a stray cat in the backyard and ran into the street chasing it. The street is a bit sketchy. The neighbor behind the house had a party until 3 AM, which was pretty annoying.

I really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. My only criticism would be the pillows on all the beds. They all smelled like a dirty person, would be my best description. I checked all six of the pillows and it was all of them, in both bedrooms. I had to cover them with a blanket.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor yard space was great for dogs, we picked up poop and it looked like most guests did the same. It was nicevto be able to walk them close by early in the morning or at night. We rook longer walks during the day. Short, 1 block walk to the beach was nice too!

house needs some work. stove should have been replaced a few years ago. Microwave has rust on the inside and should be replaced. Base boards need replacing in living/dining room - bathrooms and bedrooms. We were unable to watch any local news since TV was not set up for it. Hot water heater gave only warm not hot water. House needs good cleaning.

Great communication with owner and check in process was super easy. The house is new and smells amazing! Loved the hot tub and how close we were to the beach.

The house is pretty clean and fairly well equipped for your cooking needs. Could have used a larger saucepan but we had brought one with us so no big deal. No gas grill but they have a small charcoal grill like you would find at a park. The proximity to the beach is great as well as the fact that the property is pet friendly. Our dog loved playing ball in the yard. I don’t know Myrtle Beach that well but the area around the home is run down and dirty. There is an abandoned house literally across the street. Within the first day or two we experienced two people come off the street and onto the property to ask for money. We also witnessed a guy get arrested on the road right in front of the property and vomit everywhere. The house is good but the surrounding area is not so much.

Amazingly clean! Beautiful property! Large enough to accommodate 6 comfortably! Communication was outstanding! Will definitely stay again!

The home was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Wonderful location and equipped with everything you would need.

Place is awesome. Clean! Close to everything. Private. And the fact they allow ALL BREED of dogs are welcomed. 10/10.
