Stayed Dec 19, 2025All basic needs were met. Hot tub was great, house was clean and well stocked. Some areas for improvement:- Bed in 3rd bedroom (kids room) very uncomfortable. Feels like laying on plywood. - Baking pans were dirty, one has burnt food/soot on in and had been put back in the cupboard. - Steep cleaning fee given what is required of guests to do upon checkout. - No TV service, only options to login with your account. Other than those things, would consider staying here again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025This Redmond/Eagle Crest home was nice, clean and well stocked. The check in process was simple and streamlined.A few words about the owner: We forgot one of our car keys in the home, and the owner mailed it back to us in South Dakota! They were so kind!
