Hot Tub + Arcade -> Memorable Stay

Comfortable amount of space, well stocked kitchen, and great hot tub!

Great stay here! Our family loved it. Beautiful property and great location! Close to lake and Branson strip. A little outside of town so quiet and not busy. Plenty of room for my wife and I plus our 4 adult children and their families. 15 people total. Highly recommended. Great memories here!

Good communication, house was welcoming. Just a couple things. Arcade doesn’t work like advertised. Pictures on VRBO need updated (kids were disappointed about the arcade). The ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them. The sofa bed mattresses were filthy. When we moved the sofa to extend it out there were dirty socks. One of the bunk beds wasn’t made when we arrived. Hot tub was very nice and clean.

The house was great and met our needs perfectly. Everything was in great condition. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. We had a great time.

Plenty of space to spread out for 4 families. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed to make a big breakfast for everyone. Hot tub was great!! Only complaint is the parking situation. It was a very busy weekend and with 4 cars we struggled to find places to park even with the overflow areas. Would stay here again!

Easy communication, great location and very spacious for our two small families

This house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 6 kids). It was well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Jeff was very responsive to questions. Check in and check out were simple and we did not have any issues during our stay. Would gladly stay again!

This house was very comfortable and the hot tub was great. The whole family enjoyed the community pool. The door code didn't work at first but I called Jeff, our host, and he was able to get us in the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

This property met our needs for our family of 6 so well. It was very clean and had TONS of space for our kids and family to spread out and play. The hot tub was fun and the kids loved the arcade downstairs. There were great amenities in the kitchen that were provided and we really appreciated the fresh cookies after a long drive. The host was great to work with. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to tons of stuff. We highly recommend this VRBO!

We had such a nice and comfortable stay in this house. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. Close to Silver Dollar City, which our kids 14 and 11 loved, and top of the rock. We hated to leave! Thanks for the cookies Jeff!

Our stay was great. Communication was proactive by the host. Access to the property was easy. Amenities were a bonus, such as the hot tub on the back patio and the arcade downstairs in the playroom.

Wonderful layout and location! We had a a super time at the pool and hanging out in the house playing games. The freak early morning storms caused a flooding basement and early departure from our five day stay, but host and crew did a good job checking on us and refunding for night unused. We would come back again!

Perfect spot for 3 days of Branson fun! 3 pools to keep the swimmers busy and a hot tub for the cooler evenings. Plenty of room for grandma, grandpa and 14 grands! We had one question about the arcade game and Jeff answered right away. We would definitely stay again.

I grew up in Branson, but have been gone for 40 years (with visits to remaining family). This time we had all extended family (5 families) come so we wanted a space where we could stay together. Jeff’s home is gorgeous, and has plenty of room for 11 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and the hot tub. We only had 1 small problem, texted Jeff and he had it taken care of within an hour. Very responsive! We would definitely stay here again. Check it out - you will NOT be disappointed. ?
