Hot Tub and Pool Table in Large Arvada Home!

Great location with decent amenities. Our group met here from three different cities to go to a show at Red Rocks. There was room to park our cars and the house was perfect for a group of 6. We had breakfast in Olde Town Arvada at Bread Winners- short drive and excellent food. Goombas Pizza nearby was also great. Kitchen was well stocked except for baggies and storage for leftovers - we used the stockpot to store the leftover pizza, lol! The beds were comfy, the hot tub was hot!

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious and clean, nice kitchen, great entertainment for our kids, close to Olde Town Arvada which was a very cool spot, easy access to get everywhere else in the Denver area. Loved having the EV charger on site.

We rented this house for girls crafty weekend. We are all locals, but wanted a fun weekend away from home without having to deal with ski traffic, or possible snowy conditions in the high country. This cute, clean, house in town was perfect! It has a great, open floor plan, and plenty of space to spread out. Great proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Host quickly responded when we had any questions. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay in Arvada was fantastic. We had plans all over the metro and the location made it so easy to navigate. The neighborhood was quiet can nice, my kid left a door open on the car all night and it was never messed with! The stay was clean and comfortable, and our family enjoyed hanging out and playing some pool together. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay.

House was nice. Needs detailed cleaning. Overall all clean but female guests thought it needed more thorough cleaning. Grill only had two working burners as the middle burner was clogged by the melted cheese that was in the bottom of the grill. One of the patio chairs is falling apart. Internet was confusing as the network name was not the name we were sent, to use. Overall a very pleasant experience and a good place to stay.

This was a fantastic property. There was plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The hot tub was very appreciated after a day of hiking or white water rafting. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice house with space for the family. The location was easy for getting out to see Denver and the surrounding area while the hot in was relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! We have family in the area and visited them as well as having tourist fun! It was very nice to have such a lovely home to come back to every evening!

House was cute - clean & well stocked. 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement which has a bit of a musty smell. The thermostat was challenging - there is only 1 unit for the entire house which means the basement was pretty cold the whole time. Or to warm it up - the people upstairs were hot. All in all - it was a cute place & we enjoyed our stay. But almost 3 weeks after we left - I was contacted that we were being charged an extra 75 because we left the hot tub “extra dirty”. Ironically, we never even used it. So that unfortunately, left the experience a bit sour.

Annual family trip with our 3 adult children their significant others and 1 granddaughter. The house was a great central location for us to explore the Denver area that our middle daughter just moved to 2 weeks ago. Jill was incredibly communicative and the house fit all of our needs.

Great hub for exploring Denver and surrounding areas. Kitchen, living room and patio are where we spent our time. Hot tub was nice addition. Well appointed, and comfy for our group.

Super house for a larger group. 4 BRs, plenty of room. Lots to do and close to many restaurants and bars.No issues!! Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. We would book again if in the area.

This was an incredible trip. The owner was easily accessible and communicative. She answered all of our questions and made the stay feel like a true vacation. I would absolutely recommend this house!! Also, the neighborhood was so nice and quiet, the house itself was gorgeous and so fun to stay in, and the hot tub was lovely!

We gathered as extended family for a celebration of life for our loved one. After the ceremony we invited all back to the house to continue visiting - great space for all to gather! Spacious living room, kitchen, inviting outdoor space, hot tub, basement rec room for the kids! Enough room for those visiting and those staying. Amenities were great! Cooked some meals and relaxed. Also great location to do some sightseeing and short trips! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

Great house for a golf trip in the area for myself and family. House was super clean and provided everything you need. Back yard and hot tub was amazing.
