Me and my girlfriend went here for valentine's day weekend very great stay for couples

Walked in and said 'we're home'. Perfect little bungalow. My husband had to pry me out of the bedroom - the low, paneled ceiling and french doors felt like a cocoon. Short jog to the tidepools. Hot tub was glorious. A perfect place to hunker down during the rain, almost wished it had. Only regret was not booking another night. I hesitate to post this because I want to come again and not have to compete with others who will no doubt feel the same way. Husband looked sorrowful when we left.

This Nantucket House is so cozy. They have thought of everything. Just bring food and drinks. The view is very limited but the walk to the beach is short.

The hot tub was hot but the jets didn't work so it was more like sitting in a really hot tub of water rather than a hot tub. The property was very cute and had a cottage feeling. The price was great too.

The house was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked, which is important to us as we tend to do our own cooking when we travel. The bed was extremely comfortable and it seemed to swallow us up as we lay down. The hot tub is private, i.e., only usable by guests, but a neighboring window has a clear view of the deck and hot tub. We'd definitely stay here again.

Hot tub is an EXCELLENT amenity! The house is a couple blocks walking distance. Plus you can DRIVE onto the beach, as well. The house had everything we needed! It was a perfect place to ring in the new year.

Sweet little place walking distance to the beach! Well laid out with everything you need there. Hot tub and fireplace are a huge bonus! Host is very easy to get in touch with if anything is needed.

Loved all the paned windows in this small older but quaint home. The hot tub was hot and patio space was really great with a Burkett BBQ! Even though we are partial to an ocean view, which it doesn’t, it is a cute home, well equipped kitchen and more affordable! Be aware the beach access is a walk in either direction and steep steps down and back up and then 12 more steps up to the house. Not for the disabled or those who have an injury.

Cozy and convenient, everything super clean, hot tub well set up. Great communication, great clear information in the house to cover contingencies. Would choose again.

The place was very clean, including the hot tub, which was so nice to have. Perfect space for two people. Loved how close it was to the beach and to the main strip of businesses in Lincoln City. Liked the little deck up top with a glimpse of the ocean. Good for reading and sunbathing. The mattress was a touch too squishy for our liking (you really sink into the mattress), but wasn't too bad and still got decent sleep. The position of the couch against the wall at a right angle to the tv is a little odd, but we moved it to the center of the room in front of the tv and then moved it back before we left. All in all, highly recommend. We're already talking about coming back someday!

Lovely house - yet, instructions were a bit negative - more about what would happen if we didn't follow rules than telling us what would make it a great stay for Guests & Owner. Would appreciate if all hot tub jets worked. Should label bathroom sink hot/cold as backward.

Property was perfect for my husband and I this weekend. It’s pretty small but perfect for 2! Quick walk to the beach or to some downtown shops. The hot tub and outdoor area was lovely too. Overall a cute spot :)

The most PERFECT little romantic getaway you can think of. House was beautifully clean, had everything you could need, and the bed was SO comfy. The hot tub was a massive plus! It’s within walking distance of all the fun local shops, restaurants, bars, and then tide pools on the beach! Will stay here every time we visit.

It was a perfect location just a minor issue with the fridge but Karen responded right away!

What a great little house. It is super cute and beachy. It’s a really short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean from bed which is nice. Speaking of which, the bed is really comfy and you can open the doors onto the patio to enjoy the cool evening air in the summer.

The cottage was very clean,comfortable and charming with everything you might need. The king bed was super comfortable but we like a soft bed. Some who like a firmer mattress may not find it as comfy as we did. It was great to have a private hot tub that we didn't have to share. The only negative is that there is no ocean view as there is a hotel directly in front of the cottage, but this did not bother us. Beach access is a short walk from the cottage.

The kind women who took my call quickly offered me a room in the Whistling Winds motel for the night and only charged us for the cleaning fee. Very cute stay, the unit is larger than what the pictures make it seem like, so if it is 2 people its perfect, a couple kids would still be alright! Location is great as there is some tide pool areas very close down the street, highly recommend!Having the hot tub option was great after our strenuous hike to God's Thumb! The bed was on the soft side but comfortable and all the fluffy blankets make it seem like you're wrapped up in clouds. There was Uber available at certain times of the day and a local taxi service that both had no issues finding the house for rides, everything was a close short drive away. Karen, our point of contact was absolutely lovely to chat with and made us feel welcome. The flowers on the table were a nice touch , thanks!We will definitely add this lodging to our list of go-tos!It would be nice if a single wrapped dish sponge and small zipblocks could be supplied to guests but other than that had everything we needed!

My partner and I loved the cozy and nautical feel to this cottage! The hot tub was much needed and added an extra level of relaxation. It was quiet in the neighborhood and such a short walk to the beach, making the location really perfect. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed here for my husbands birthday. Was the perfect space for the 2 of us. Romantic getaway.

The oven light was out, handle on the shower was very loose, coffee grounds in the coffee pot upon arrival, towels in the laundry cupboard were very damp, outside garbage was overflowing, glass shards and a big chunk in the silverware drawer and on the tile and carpet. We loved the fireplace and the magnifying mirror and good light in the bathroom!! They accommodated for the furnace fan not working. Would recommend this place to friends!

This house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! Very close to the path down to the beach which we walked to every day we were here. You can see a small snippet of the ocean from the top floor. Its within walking distance to many shops and places to eat as well. The bedroom was nice and dark and the doors opened right out to the hot tub. The king size bed was a nice treat, but a bit soft. Overall, it was a nice and cozy retreat!

Place was a mess. Wet swimsuits on the floor. Dirty hot tub. Food and alcohol left in fridge. Countertops were disgusting! Garbage was full inside and out

The rental was cute and clean. The only issue was the air conditioner didnt work well and there was no ceiling fan so it was very stuffy at times. We opened the front and back doors in an attempt to get ventilation but it was still too warm. They could easily add a ceiling fan in the living room if they want to make it more comfortable. It was nice though.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s a good location for walking to the beach and great for walking to some of the shops in town. Tons of natural light. The deck on top is great for sun bathing or just sitting up there to read. The neighborhood isn’t high traffic and is very quiet. The patio has a decent balance of open and private.

I took some time off for a spiritual getaway and was pleasantly surprised with this little cottage with a hot tub! It was a great recouping time for myself. Many blessings to get away with Jesus for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay at Lincoln City and this rental. It was clean and very confy. The hot tub was up to temp when we arrived and we enjoyed being able to use it.

This property has so much character and personality. The kitchen had what we needed, the hot tub was perfect, and the bed was amazing! So comfy. The property was peaceful and we felt alone in an otherwise pretty busy neighborhood. The home is older which really adds to its charm. We can’t wait to come back!
