Remodeled in 2023 to capture a Rustic Modern Colorado experience for visitors to relax and enjoy special amenities. With 300 days of sunshine, you will love our spacious backyard outfitted with a 6 person hot tub, artificial turf, retro ski furniture, custom corn hole boards, gas grill, and a gas fireplace located under the bistro lit gazebo.

The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful home remodeled in 2023 with an amazing backyard that offers a wide range of activities to enjoy during your stay! Our spacious backyard provides a perfect setting for relaxation and fun with the Front Range in the background.



Take a soak in our hot tub, or gather around the outdoor gazebo with a gas fireplace and bistro lights to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Our custom retro ski furniture, including an outdoor patio set and rocking chair set, adds a unique touch to your outdoor experience.



Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole on our custom setup or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Our gas grill outdoors provides the perfect opportunity for a cookout or a fun BBQ night.



This stunning home offers three separate bedrooms to accommodate your party. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed. Downstairs, the third bedroom also offers a queen bed.



Our home boasts a brand new kitchen with a large island, a beautiful window view of Pikes Peak, a beverage bar, and a cozy breakfast nook. The trendy living room features an electric fireplace and a smartTV, perfect for a cozy night in. The formal dining room showcases a locally crafted custom farmhouse table, providing the perfect spot for meals or game nights.

Guest Access:

- You have access to the entire house, backyard, and front yard!



- Private, uncovered parking is available at the rear of the house (west side, toward the mountains) and accessible via the adjacent alleyway.



- Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



- Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

The historic Patty Jewett Neighborhood is just north of Downtown Colorado Springs and surrounds the Patty Jewett Golf Course, the city`s oldest public golf course (and incidentally, with one of the BEST public clubhouses this side of the Mississippi). The food and the patio here are superb!

Dine in comfort with an unobstructed view of Pikes Peak! This neighborhood is quiet and classic, with tree-lined streets and neighbors who know each other.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



- AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

- NO SMOKING inside.

- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

- Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.



NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



- Type of Cooling for the Home

Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. This home does have several portable stand up AC units.



** Reminders About the Property **

- Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

- Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

- We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

    Great location. Easy walk to CC arenas and fields. Clean property, fabulous outdoor area, and functional kitchen. We would absolutely stay again. We loved the fabulous coffee house/restaurant just a few blocks away.

    The listening was pretty accurate. We’d never stayed in downtown springs before, usually more outside of town, so it took us a minute to find the alleyway to get to the back for parking. When we did arrive and tried to go in our code didn’t work, but we called the number and they promptly answered and set up a new pin for us. There were plenty of rooms for our party of 6, sharing was planned for us. Kitchen was stocked with supplies for us to make our own suppers with a supermarket down the street. The downside was the master bedroom’s bed was extra firm, while that may be nice for many, my back did not care for it. overall great place, my 5 year old loved the hot top and corn hole, and walking down the block to a small playground with a coffee shop next to it. Would gladly stay again. :)

    The house was the perfect place, very convenient to actives and downtown. Well stocked and beautiful kitchen. The hot tub, corn hole set up and outdoor seating area were very nice and we enjoyed using the amenities. Would book again

    I travel to Colorado Springs several times a year. There were four of us. The house was fantastic, the back yard was perfect for socializing, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The main floor living space and kitchen were spacious. A smart TV provided entertainment you would expect at home. The kitchen was not well equipped, but it had just about everything you need to prepare family meals. The bedroom and bathrooms were great for us to have our own spaces. The main bedroom is huge, including two walk-in closets, a large bathroom, and separate toilet room. The other two bathrooms were equally spacious. The only downside to this property was the lack of air conditioning. The house does not have central A/C. The main bedroom had a window-style unit that kept the room cool. There was a similar unit in the dining room and the main floor bedroom, but neither worked. It was very hot during our stay (over 90F), which made for a stuffy space and uncomfortable sleeping in the other two bedrooms. It was unpleasant, and I would not book this property again in the summer months. Overall, I loved this place and will stay here again when it is cooler!

    Perfect location for my family to get together. They live close by. Downtown area is very close and very nice to visit. One thing we disliked was that there was no air conditioning. We had some issues and made phone calls to get them fix and the response get an “A+”. Thanks

    This is such a cute, comfy, and amazing place! Centrally located to everything you would want to do in the Springs. Loved the backyard and especially the hot tub. The interior is beautifully decorated and upgraded. Beds are so comfy! Loved it all!

    The property is just as described, very lovely! The outdoor area is perfect for evening relaxing and morning coffee. The upstairs bedrooms did get hot by the afternoon, however the portable A/C units and multiple fans helped. Otherwise it was a great location, very clean and updated, and overall perfect for our getaway! I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the Colorado Springs area.

    Overall we had a great stay - plenty of room for my family of 6. House was clean and well appointed. Management was very responsive when we reached out. It is in a cute neighborhood with a coffe shop a couple blocks away - and a few blocks from fireworks for July 4th!
