Stayed Nov 27, 2025Our stay was fabulous!!! It was an 11 out of ten. The place was super comfy and spacious. I brought along a lot of things like extra pots and pans, a cutting board, spices, popcorn, sugar and more...but everything I mentioned and more, was already there. When I saw the fruit and vegetable cleaner, that was the ultimate surprise! I can't wait to go back! Everything was great!!!

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Was disappointed with the conditions overall. Two air mattresses that did not stay inflated, dishwasher did not operate, there was a hole in the wall in the basement. The water pressure and temp for showers fluctuated even when only one person was showering. Upstairs was extremely hot, even with AC set as low as it could go. Bugs inside, on window sills and in the basement and drawers in the basement.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Wonderful, welcoming home that served as the perfect gathering spot for me and my 4 children to celebrate my 54th birthday while exploring South Bend and picking up my middle son from Notre Dame for his Fall Break. Great location and accommodations!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Everything was great, spacious, and located within 30 minutes of what we wanted to do. Just a few minor things, shower downstairs didnt regulate temperature( either off or hot), hot tub took awhile to figure out how to operate, cooking pans were dirty, tried starting the dishwasher and it didnt work. Stayed Jun 28, 2024Our family was there for a weekend visit for our daughter's graduation. The place was very clean and within driving distance of all of our weekend activities. The one thing I would recommend is to provide toiletries (soap) for guests.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Came to town for a competition. Eric was easy to work with, and responded quickly to questions I had. Property was very clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub.
