Great location, great home, the driveway is very steep but the owner does a good job of providing upfront information on where to park and how to navigate the driveway during rainy weather

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need at a VRBO. The owners did a wonderful job of communicating about check in and check out! I highly recommend the home to anyone staying in Hot Springs - close to everything with a wonderful deck and view!! We will definitely book again!!!

We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful, spacious, and spotless home on the lake. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck and the ample seating and dining spaces for meals and games. The very steep driveway might be a problem for those with mobility issues. But this was a great space for our family.

Close to restaurants and downtown. Host has a generator that saved our stay. Grid power was out for a day.

Great area. Plenty of space. Great outdoor area. Host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Sat on the dock and watched the sunrise!!

Lake was beautiful even in January. It was a nice little getaway. Quiet area but not too far from the casino or town. Hosts were quick to respond and made our stay very pleasant.

This house is spotless and way more beautiful and new than the pictures look. The house has everything you need. All the essentials were fully stocked. Every applicant is high-ended.We love it and enjoy our living there. The host also replied very quickly and is very responsible. Be careful about the steep drive way. 4W vehicle is definitely needed if you want to park near the garage instead of the upper parking lots.

This was by far the best Home we have rented on VRBO. Fabulous communication with the owners. Well stocked home highly exceeded anything we have had in the past. Beautiful lake front property with plenty of space in this 4 bedroom home for a larger family vacation. One of my favorite features is the multiple level decks that overlook the property/Lake. The one thing I would say is this property is best accessed with a 4wheel drive or awd vehicle for the driveway to the home. This home is very close to all the stores in town and things to do. Thank you so much for a great home on the lake to make memories with our parents.

Very nice home well kept and maintained plus the owners where very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this place . Driveway was a little but had no problems going up or down . The whole setting was just beautiful .

Property & house were amazing. Were able to fish off of the deck and dock a boat there as well. House had everything we could need and was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. Having the boat slip was a huge plus! Like Access was right off the big part of the lake. The house had every amenity you could ask for, it was very well stocked in everything! We were able to use floats, beach towels, fishing, rods, etc. This house did not disappoint in the owners are very nice and quick to respond!

We had a great long weekend! Location was the best! Home was comfortable, well laid out, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time to stay here. The host is very communicative and helpful. The house is very clean and well stocked. We have stayed in probably 10 different vrbo and this house was the best at providing everything you need. The beach towels, life vests, and swim floats were such a great help. We had kids ages 5,10,13 and 14 and all found a life vest that fit. The kids fished right off the dock and caught probably 30 little sunfish. This kept them busy for hours. We rented a boat and having use of the covered boat dock was helpful. Beds were comfortable. The 2 living areas was great as kids got their own space downstairs to watch movies and adults had their space upstairs. The walk down to the water was easy. The location on the cove is perfect for kids to swim safely. The only thing that could improve the stay would be an umbrella on the swim dock as it does get warm with no shade. We ate at Fisherman’s Wharf twice as it is very close to the house and good. We will be back!

We loved our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. A lovely home in a lovely area. Plenty of room for kids and grandkids

beautiful comfortable and clean home on lake hamilton. kitchen is well stocked with spices, storage bags, foil etc. host is very helpful super fast to respond to any questions. loved every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to book again!
