Stayed Oct 3, 2025When we arrived and texted for the code to the house, we were told the account was deactivated. We had to find a hotel that takes dogs last minute for my daughter’s UB family weekend. Ended up paying twice as much.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025I was informed by the host the morning that we were to arrive at the property that it was double booked (just found out from a VRBO rep that it was because they didn’t “sync their calendar” with another vacation rental platform). My kids and I had to scramble to find a hotel that ended up being twice as much as this VRBO rental. Worst part is that it’s 2 weeks later and I still have not been refunded the money.
