Stayed Feb 21, 2023This house was new within the last 1-2 years. It was very clean and sufficiently appointed. However, I believe it is overpriced for the following reasons: (a) It fronts on a fairly busy cross street and only about 1/4 mile from a major artery street; (b) the canal it is located on is weedy and unattractive...not suitable for boats; (c) the neighborhood this property is in is, how should I phrase this...not very Florida elegant; and (d) we booked this property PRIOR to Hurricane Ian. However, this property lost its pool lanai cage due to Ian. We only book properties that have an enclosed lanai. I UNDERSTAND the loss of the lanai was NOT the fault of the owner, but when we asked for a discount off the full price with lanai to a modestly discounted price absent the lanai, Roelens Vacations, (the property manager) said they would check...but they never replied to me after I asked them three times. Not replying is a sure way to lose customers.

Stayed Mar 19, 2022The vacation home was beautiful! It was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of amenities. The check in process was easy. The property management team kept in contact with text messages and emails throughout our stay. We enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house and hanging out by the pool. This is the third house we have rented in Cape Coral and is our favorite by far. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 19, 2022Very nice, well kept home. Property manager was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was the neighborhood was not very well maintained.
