Ensconced along the edge of the charming beachfront Western Green in RosemaryBeach, Hope Town Pearl Cottage is a dazzling four-bedroom home that’s loaded with luxe extras and custom details. The location alone strikes a beautiful balance between plush, peaceful privacy and central community convenience. You can slowly sip your morning cup of freshly brewed coffee while you gaze out over the gorgeous neighborhood as it wakes up, then slip on your flip flops and enjoy being only a few steps away from the sugary white sand beach and famous turquoise waves of the gulf. In the balmy evenings, your favorite cocktail, loads of live entertainment, and a delicious dinner are all right around the corner.

Hope Town Pearl Cottage is nearly 3,000 square feet of open, airy, Bahamian-inspired design. The unique floor plan boasts a second-level living and dining area, while the first floor houses two bedrooms. The first floor also includes a spacious, connected GARAGE with parking for two vehicles and a private COURTYARD with a relaxing water fountain, an alfresco eating area, and an outdoor barbecue space with a gas grill and a sink.

On the first floor, the PRIMARY BEDROOM has an enticing king-size bed that’s surrounded by crisp white shiplap walls. The spacious ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM includes a walk-in shower and a lavish double vanity sink. The second GUEST BEDROOM also has a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard, plus built-in storage with entertainment space, and glass French doors leading outside to the courtyard.

Climb the inviting staircase to the second level, where the wide open and welcoming GREAT ROOM boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, and lots of fresh Florida sunshine flowing inside from the terrace. The comfy sofas and armchairs sit in front of a massive HDTV and cozy whitewashed fireplace. Outside through the glass doors, the second-floor TERRACE overlooks the bustling Western Green below and allows for stunning views of the aquamarine waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Back inside, the custom GOURMET KITCHEN is surrounded by custom cabinetry that’s been finished with a soothing, appropriate nautical blue. Even the massive double refrigerator matches this lovely hue. Additional deluxe appliances include a top-of-the-line gas range, an in-drawer microwave, and an ultra-efficient dishwasher. Guests can choose to dine inside at the huge dining table that’s illuminated by artistic chandeliers or at the giant central island that’s topped with quartz and surrounded by bar stools.

The final two bedrooms include a BUNK ROOM with two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds. The GUEST BEDROOM SUITE is a sprawling space that’s built for privacy and has a separate entrance that can be easily locked out from the main house if desired. This incredible suite includes two full size beds, a huge walk-in closet, a stackable washer and dryer nook, a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, an ENSUITE BATHROOM, and balcony access.
